I came in last minute right before they closed, which I hate to do but I didn’t have a choice. The guy at the counter was very helpful very patient and I got the right part for what I needed even after I called back and double checked twice they were still very patient with me and super friendly.

They were the only ones that had the part I needed . Have done business with them before and plan to do business in the future..

After going to 2 Ace hardware stores, Menards & Home Depot I stopped at Ferguson's in Hilliard and not only did they have the valve stem I needed, the customer service was exceptional!
