Terrible service. Cannot talk to a person in regards to a delivery. Total nightmare/ Never had these problems with UPS

Told me that my FedEx smartpost shipment couldn't be dropped off because it goes to the USPS. Probably should train their employees about their services. Had to go to another FedEx drop off who took the package without any problem.
