Wow! Raving review ahead. The customer service at this site is absolutely fantastic! The gratitude I have for the store staff here is beyond words. I really appreciate this location. I was able to move in easily and quickly at a fair rate and my questions were always addressed in a very timely manner. I want to give a special thanks to one of the store personnel, Scott. He is always so kind, he has great energy, and he is so professional in all of our encounters. Get him the bonus he deserves! ? I highly recommend this location to future customers!

Mike, was absolutely incredible. Got a rate increase unexpectedly and went into the office, mike was on top of it! He got my rate back close to what it was and gave me a managers credit for the headache. Will definitely continue to work with this company.

I helped move Marisa’s items into the storage unit yesterday and she was very happy with the service she received from Ashley! Nothing but good things to say about this location. Everything ran smoothly and no difficulties in the process.

Ashley was so incredibly helpful walking me through the different size options, costs and how the insurance worked! She toured me to the two different storage units I was interested in which helped me make my ultimate decision. I’ve talked to her several times on the phone and she is so friendly and was able to answer all of my questions!Definitely will recommend this ESS location to my friends and family looking for storage units :)
