Brett Ludwig Of Equity Real Estate Agency did an awesome job with finding us the perfect size commercial building for our new plumbing shop location. If you looking for a new office location, Brett Ludwig will deliver. He listened to my needs and was quickly able to locate several excellent options. He was also very prompt and professional in his dealings with the landlord's agent and went out of his way to find information for me about the space. Five stars!

If you ever have the chance to work with Brett Ludwig, I highly suggest you do so. First, we're not a huge industrial client, we're small business owners looking for a new space and not an overly big one at that. I gave Brett what I thought were difficult search perameters for our space. Not only did he find literally the perfect space that fit in to all our peramaters, he guided us through the entire process. His response time to questions, concerns was extremely quick throughout the 2 1/2 month process even when he was travelling. The train almost came off the tracks at the 11th hour he helped tremendously in keeping things going through the finish line. At the end of the day you want someone who is responsive, respective of your goals and works with you to achieve them. I'm sure he has much larger clients than us but we feel like he had a strong partmer with Brett and if he's doing that for the small guy, no question he does that for larger clients as well.
