I have a long history here and they have always done me right. I ordered a set of wheels and tires for my truck and decided I didnt want them and the salesman told me there was a restocking fee. I was ok with that, I did place the order. He called me later to tell me that the wheels/tires they had ordered where the wrong ones for my truck and wouldn't fit. So he did not charge me the restocking fee. I did end up buying 7 tires for my dually and most recently I brought my daughter's Honda CRV in and they evaluated the tires for free. It's a quality place and the prices are decent. The downsides? Long waits but they do have an air conditioned lobby. My advice is, do not buy used tires, comparison shop, then try these folks out and see what you think.

I received the most phenomenal service here! I am blown away. On Friday, I had unfortunately run over a large pile of glass. I was concerned there was damage to my tires. When I called, they offered for me to bring my vehicle in to have the tires inspected for free. When I arrived, the gentlemen working were all so nice. They told me it would be about an hour and a half to two hours and asked, “Would you like me to call you an Uber so you can wait at home rather than here? It’s on us” I said, “No, that’s okay I don’t want to cost you money.” He replied, “It’s no trouble! Happy to call you an Uber. It is a complimentary service we offer to our customers. We also will call you a return Uber when the car is done.” I then received several texts from Uber confirming car and driver info. I was so impressed with this FREE benefit on an already free service. Luckily, my tires had no damage! But, I will definitely return when I need anything tire related. Thank you guys for the amazing service!!

Outstanding service from Joseph (Joe), Pat, Brian, and the entire team at this Hilliard location of Discount Tire! Made an online appointment for a tire inspection and was very promptly serviced. Each person I interacted with was thorough, friendly, and professional. Super clean and organized shop, with spacious parking and a separate lane for air pressure checks. OUTSTANDING pricing as well. Highly recommended! You'll have a positive experience here :)

These guys are crooks I had to pay the $22 on tires I bought there twice there's no such thing as lifetime maintenance you got to pay every time period and when I tried to work it out with them over the phone they hung up on me don't go there pick a different tire store that's what I'm going to do next time
