Never an employee to be found. Only 1 register open with a long line. Wanted to exchange a pair of socks sz M for the same pair sz L. I had used a $10 reward to purchase the sz M. During the exchange transaction the employee said I would have to pay the difference and I would receive my reward back. Makes no sense! Exchange like product & same price for a different size and send me on my way. Nope, he would rather provide poor customer service and not involve a supervisor or manager and send me on my way irritated and disappointed.

I had purchased a Northface coat of The Northface website. It was a medium, and was too big for my taste. I thought that it would fit like the Triclimate model but it was much bigger. According to TNF website, I can take it to a TNF authorize dealer which DSG in Hilliard is. However, the manager advised the cashier that I was not able to return my item unless it was purchased in store. According to TNF website, I am allowed to return it in store prior to the 60 days. The carrier dropped off my coat at 2:00 pm and I was at DSG at 3:30 the same day. 11/30/2023. Dear DSG, please follow the guidelines of the merchants that you are affiliated with. Stop enforcing your feelings just because you had a bad day. The employees were great, but whoever the manager was on that day and time is a lil Biotchhhh!

Ordered BOPIS workout equipment. Purchase was ready within an hour of ordering and staff were extremely helpful once I got to the store. While waiting for my item to be brought to the front, three other associates checked in to make sure I was being helped. Carted my equipment to the car and even helped me load!

Nice store, great selection of name brand athletic clothes, shoes, and gear. Staff friendly and helpful. I don’t go here unless I need something very specific due to higher prices. Would go much more often if they carried some lower-priced items.

AS WE CAME IN THE STORE, I SPOKE TO THE EMPLOYEE WHO WAS AT THE DOOR, BRANDON. HE DIDN'T CKNOWLEDGED ME, FIRST RED FLAG. JUDGING BY HIS ATTIRE AND DEAMENOR WE BELIEVE HE WAS MANAGEMENT. WE WENT IN THERE TO GET OUR FISHING LICENSE'S, BRANDON ENDED UP BEING THE GUY WHO WOULD HELP US GET OUR FISHING LICENSE'S, UNFORTUNATELY! HE WAS SO RUDE!! HE MADE IT SEEM LIKE WE WERE BOTHERING HIM FOR COMING INTO THE STORE. WE THEN WENT TO THE REGISTER TO PAY FOR OUR LICENSE'S & A YOUNG LADY NAMED SHANNELL, ALSO HER DEAMENOR WAS NOT VERY WELCOMIMG ONE EITHER. I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE SINCE I WAS 15 YEARS OLD & I AM 27 YEARS OLD NOW. THEY BOTH MADE THIS QUICK 15 MINUTE TRIP A NOT SO WELCOMING ONE, WE WISH WE WOULD'VE JUST WENT TO WALMART SINCE EMPLOYEES HERE MAKE IT UNWELCOMING TO BE IN THEIR STORE. IT WOULD'VE BEEN ONE THING IF WE WERE RUDE TO THEM BUT WE WERE NOT. WE BOTH WE WERE POLITE & RESPECTFUL, DESPITE THE FACT THAT THEIR CS SUCKED. IF YOU CAN'T HAVE GOOD CS, THEN RETAIL IS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU.

The attendant in the shoe department was extremely helpful I got a pair of shoes that were well over half price off because they were last season Great service Good selection also about several other things regarding sports
