I used to enjoy shopping at CVS but they have become very stingy with the coupons. They are overpriced without them. I will shop elsewhere.

Meet a wonderful helpful cashier at this CVS named Carolyn, she helped me use my OTC Humana charge card today, a feet Walmarts, Target, and Walgreens could do. Thank you Carolyn!

Best CVS they ever built. It's like a mini Target full of friendly employees & customers.

These reviews seem very unfair. I've never had a problem with this pharmacy and have only had a few prescriptions take over 24 hours to fill. I've had no problems getting vaccines on time either. People make mistakes, I don't think insulting them is the answer. I've used this place for years and have no complaints.

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars, I would. I'm not sure who hired these people but they are all rude imbeciles. The had 72 hours to fill my prescription from when they received the order to when I'd be able to pick them up. 48 hours after they received the order to fill them, I called to make sure they would be ready. A lady told me they were under my former surname and that she would change them over so that my insurance would cover them. I told her I wouldn't be able to pick them up until a full 24 hours after the phone call and she said they would be ready with the new name change by then. I arrived exactly 24 hours after, at 2pm when they came back from lunch. When pulling up to the drive-through window, a man who looked like he'd just rolled out of bed was talking through the phone asking me questions. Either the speaker was broken or he was too soft spoken for me to hear, but it took him three times of trying to communicate with me before he had the epiphany to just open the window and directly speak to me. After giving my information to the man, he looked for my prescriptions. During the 15 minutes of him looking, another colleague assisted and they were on all fours like dogs crawling around and searching on the floor for my prescriptions. I waved one of the men down and told them that the woman I had spoken to yesterday said they were initially under my former surname and that she would change them. Lo and behold, they found the prescriptions but also FINALLY saw how my account had already notated this, why they guy at the window didn't look at the notes on my account is beyond me and a very amateur move. He told me it would take 10 minutes to change the name over and that I could come back or wait. I chose to wait since my 10 month old was in the car and this was the only time for me to get my prescriptions before having invasive surgery the next day. 15 minutes later, I had to circle around the drive through, since by then there were cars behind me. When I pulled up to the window the guy tried to talk through the phone again and once I told him I couldn't understand, he just hung up the phone and walked away. After another 5 minutes of waiting, I kept ringing the service bell and none of the 6 employees came back to the window. I ended up calling the pharmacy and asking how long it would take. The woman who answered had an attitude and said they were "busy" and when I asked why this wasn't done yesterday like I was told and why my child, who was crying at the time, and I should have to sit there and suffer because someone dropped the ball, she hung up on me. I immediately went into the store after this complete disrespect and unprofessionalism to get my prescriptions. After waiting 40 minutes to receive the medication and the guy saying "it was only 20 minutes," I came to the conclusion that if this guy (who looked like he just rolled out of bed) can't tell time, he probably shouldn't be handling anyone's medications; but it also makes me think he may be secretly taking some pills. Needless to say, everyone at this establishment has their head up you know where and I wish I could change pharmacies, but unfortunately this is the only one close to home. I'm not surprised by the many terrible reviews about this place. They need to fire everyone and re-hire someone with a brain. Good luck! Especially to the single mothers who have their children in the car and are on a time limit. All I can say is Karma.... Don't mess with peoples valuable time and ignore them at a place of business.

After scheduling a dual Covid/flu vaccine appointment online, was told they didn’t have the Covid available and didn’t know why ‘the system’ was allowing scheduling for it. Was told to ‘stop in to check’ later, as they didn’t know when/if it would be available. Did as instructed and stopped there today, only to be told they are now only administering vaccines by appointment. Awesome.

Worst pharmacy ever. Text at 2 pm saying they filled a critical antibiotic prescription. At 5:45 pm, not filled, closes at 6 pm, informed the prescription would be ready at 10 am the next day. You DO NOT wait 16 hrs to take an antibiotic. By then it could be as bad as sepsis … that could lead to death. Not very smart folks! DO NOT USE!

You know how fast food restaurants will tell someone at the drive through to pull forward and park if their order is going to take longer? CVS doesn't do that with their pharmacy drive through. They'll take 20 minutes or more for one person at the window. I hate CVS so much. Also, a prescription I get is $200 at CVS after insurance. Price at Costco pharmacy for the same? $30. Again, there aren't strong enough words to describe my disdain for this CVS location and the company as a whole.

This CVS store is clean and adequate, but the pharmacy is horribly understaffed and as a result the costumer service is terrible. The hours changed with no notice. You may wait days for your script to be filled unless you go and wait for it. We showed up for a scheduled vaccination only to be told they weren't doing them, no cancellation, phone call or anything. Really disappointing.
