This place has always been trash. Firing someone the week before Christmas is cruel. If third shift only has one person on the shift the store will be closed when that person has to use the restroom. If you are going to fire someone because a customer complained about the store being locked then Kathy needs to hire enough staff on third shift!

Location refuses to sell propane despite a fully stocked propane locker. Handicap people who need help at the pump must go elsewhere. Close the store if you don't want to do business.

Each time I shop at the Main St. Location in Hilliard Ohio I am always greeted nicely, treated with respect and made to feel important no matter what services I need!

I come here before and after work and each time I do im always happy when I do its always clean and there's always the same girl I see when I come in she is so kind and sweet she ask how my day is and carry on a conversation with me especially after a long shift she treats me as if im family and she always give good suggestions on something from coffee to snacks Brittaney is one of the best employee they have I wish other places have somone like her I will keep coming back cause of her.

Been coming here since the place opened ive seen alot of people come and go different third shifters some where great and some who didn't want to be there but hear lately I've been seen the red headed girl behind the counter she always greets me when I come in with a cheery voice its hard to tell her facial expression due to the mask but she is always kind to me and makes me feel like im family its hard to have that now especially since I'm black and with the covid she treats everyone with a high standard and treats everyone like family today i was having a bad day my mother had a massive stroke and is in the hospital and when I came up to pay for my coffee she looked at me and asked if I needed a tissue she must of knew I was crying and upset as I was done paying for my drink she asked me if I wanted a hug I broke down when she hugged me its been so hard I can't go and see my mother cause of the covid and everyone is afraid to touch each other but that small act made my day and ill never forget it it may just be a hug but it ment so much more to me then anything else I'm so glad she is working for circle k I'll definitely keep coming back cause of her.
