Drive thru was packed decided to send one car thru to deposit a little over 15 grand. Some black guy not the manager came out assuming we was loitering. After explaining when I didn’t even need to he caught a smug attitude. Luckily he did it in front of other customers. must of thought he ran the place or that we owed some random an explanation. Sorry to say but our company ended the account. A little under 150,000 a month of lost business because of one man being nosey. Congrats chase

Went to this location to open an account for my high school daughter. Upon arrival we stood waiting for awhile for some assistance but no one seems to care or noticed we were there. Other people arrived after us was getting help. I've been to this location many times for banking, and the people before were helpful and customer service was good. But with these new employees and plenty of them standing, we weren't getting help.

Went in to see TARA BROWN about a small business loan.. after she was an hour late for our appointment I finally got to speak to her. I asked for a small amount just to take care of startup costs with a new building. TARA BROWN told me that unless I’m asking for $100k in startup money there’s nothing they can do as far as loans go. Then TARA BROWN proceeds to tell me my only option is a credit card. I asked all of the right questions and she was very convincing. Now I have a hard inquiry on my credit and it’s going to much harder to get what I need elsewhere thanks to TARA BROWN! Walked out feeling confused and pressured to have had to sign up for a credit card and felt like something wasn’t right. Called chase customer care and spoke to a loan officer who then told me that I could’ve applied for as low as $5k in startup funds and didn’t need to sign up for a credit card. Also informed me that my chances of getting the capital I needed was less likely now that I have a hard inquiry for no reason. The whole experience felt very predatory and I wonder if the bank employees get a bonus from people who sign up or are approved for credit cards? I filed a complaint with the BBB and will be going in to speak with a branch manager tomorrow to make a complaint. Do not work with TARA BROWN! She’s a liar and it seems she’ll do whatever it takes to get you out of there after making you wait an hour. Very disappointed about this completely negative experience. AGAIN….DO NOT WORK WITH TARA BROWN!

Literally the worst branch ever. Sent in my bank card and driver's license and still deposited my cash in the wrong account. Not to mention both ATM machines were not accepting deposits. Tomorrow I will be closing my accounts

Simple deposit took a long time due to inefficiencies. It seemed like none of the four employees could make a decision without having to check with the other and therefore unable to complete a transaction independently. Young lady who assisted me could not be bothered or even say hello. Bank seemed dirty.

EVERY TIME I COME TO THE ATM. IT HAS A GREEN ARROW SIGNIFYING IT'S OPEN. AND EVERY TIME I DRIVE UP TO IT IT SAYS NOT EXCEPTING DEPOSITS. FIX IT. IT'S BEEN WAY TOO LONG. MY WIFE SAID NEXT TIME WE SWITCHING I SAID WHY WAIT?

Sell my mom has been with Chase Bank for years. She wrote me a check for $300 which I brought here to cash. The teller was nice as I went through the drive-thru but she shorted me $10. I don't know if they have a check cashing fee for checks that are drawn on their Bank, but if they do, that's absolutely ridiculous.

I went into this location in Hilliard at 4:30pm to open a bank account and the receptionist told me they did not have time to see me since it takes one hour to open a new account. To set up an appointment. Upset I went next door to PNC bank and opened a new account within 15 minutes. Lost a new customer for being lazy.

The worse location. The didn't let me ask The banker two questions because he was too busy doing nothing. They told me i need to make an appointment for one question. Ridiculous management ?
