I'm split on this review.I used to bank with Chase for over 15 years, and it seems like every year something would happen and I would lose a little more faith in humanity.This branch had friendly service for the most part, but there were a few corporate decisions that left a sour taste in my mouth. Like when Mosley's Meat Market screwed a bunch of people out of orders, I got my $200 back from Chase, only to have them yank it back a month later saying the transaction was between Chase and Square (Mosley's card processor) and that was a completed transaction. That was one of the final nails in the coffin.After banking with Kemba for 2 years, I made the decision to drop Chase. I walked in, asked to close my account, and didnt receive any "retention" talk (which was sort of nice). Closed my account, cashed out, and have been happier ever since.

Called them needing help with my debit card not working. The lady told me that her card doesn’t work at certain stores. How on earth is that acceptable customer service? Add a person as a signer needs passport or green card? Ohio driver license is not an ID. Or because i m an asian? If today there is a white guy come, will this branch need his passport or greencard. This bank is so racist. Do not come here!

Not sure why there are a handful of 1 star reviews. I’ve been treated very well every time I’ve walked into this branch. I have a business account through here and have talked with them about personal accounts as well as auto loans. Aaron Black has been nothing but kind every time I go in. He’s super helpful and makes sure I understand everything that is going on. I feel like Aaron is very trustworthy and he will be getting my business for a very long time!

I’ve lived in Hilliard my whole life and I’ve never had a problem with this location. Got my first debit card at 15 and now I’m 23. Had the most pleasant experience with Magee today. I think the only real connection I’ve had with someone other than my friends/family in a long time. :)

I have always had amazing customer service with Chase, which is why I've been a loyal customer. I went into this branch to open a joint checking account. When we called on Saturday, the individual on the phone said just come in at 9am we can schedule an appointment and it shouldn't be a problem. We get to the bank a little late, around 9:07am and tell them we have an appointment. Around 10/12 minutes later the 'banker' comes out and says it is too late to meet, he has a 9:30am, it takes 45 minutes to set up an account. Which is understandable, but would have been nice to know over the phone so we could make sure to be extra early. Now, I'm all for taking accountability since we were a bit late, however, the way in which this 'banker' addressed my mother and I was condescending and misogynistic. He acted like he couldn't care less, showed no sympathy or effort in trying to find a solution that could work for us, given I had to go to work and my mom is out of town tomorrow. Then, when my mom asked if he could call another branch to see if they had an opening, he rolled his eyes, scoffed, and said "SURE." He then yelled over the bank to his teller, and said "Hey can you call this branch" as he was walking away from us. The amount of pure distain this man had for a customer was disgusting. I have worked in customer service and education all my life and have honestly never felt this level of contempt towards someone. I understand that any type of 'service' industry type of work is hard and customers can be rude, but we were very nice and didn't even speak when this man approached entitled and arrogant. I have never had an interaction that has seriously made me think to just close all of my Chase accounts and go somewhere else. All the other reviews are spot on, DO NOT GO HERE.

Teller gave me the wrong checks (this has to be a felony). The manager, Laura Joseph, promised to investigate but swept it under the rug. Incompetence and deflection. Lot of 1 star reviews as you can see.m below.
