My business partner and I have been coming to this station for 3 years. The station is always clean and well organized, however, the manager , as far as cutomer service, is absolutely horrible. (As a side note, the diesel pricing is always higher then the station next door) I've always been nice but she is is always short or the majority of the time doesn't speak at all. She doesn't even say the total after she scans the items. Seriously, she just looks hateful and never speaks. My partner went in today and he was so angry that he actually called me. She was at the counter and he was taking his time looking for some items and he could hear her huffing and puffing trying to get him to hurry. She seriously needs to be replaced. The volume at this location would increase if she were removed. We have both decided to go elsewhere from now on.

She doesn't even say the total after she scans the items. Seriously, she just looks hateful and never speaks. At first, I thought she just didn't like me for some reason, but I started noticing she treats the majority of the customers the same way. There are some exceptions, seems to be people she knows. We've overlooked her lack of customer service and went here because it is the closest do our building. But, my partner went in today and he was so angry that he actually called me. She was at the counter and he was taking his time looking for some items and he could hear her huffing and puffing trying to get him to hurry. He complained to her about her attitude, but she never even responded. She seriously needs to be replaced. The volume at this location would increase if she were removed. We have both decided to go elsewhere from now on.
