not good location super slow and they say they're meant for giving vaccines. Took about a half hour just to get vaccine for three people. That's nuts.

The female working there with blonde hair and she was in her early twenties possibly. She was supposed to be checking people out at the register. We were trying to decide what skin products to purchase and would work best with dermatitis. Here she comes acting like she is doing something on a shelf when there are customers waiting for her to check them out. My husband said out loud I am sick of this she is rati profiling us and my money spends just like everyone else's. She was so busy trying to make like she was working the manager had to come and start checking people out. The girl is clearly prejudice and will cause someone to file a lawsuit again that place and win! That girl doesn't need to work with the public she should be in the background cleaning toilets or something along those lines!!!!! They get a big fat -0-!!!! No stars were earned!!!!

If you happen to arrive on the pharmacist's "lunch break" to pick up medication you will be turned away unceremoniously without an apology, only with an excuse that no one else can dispense the medication, shielding the store and its employees by law.

I found this Walgreens to be A-OK. I initially stopped in because the ATM in the front of the store is in my bank's network. And that went well as it's right there next to the door. While I was here, a quick bag of cashews and a bottle of water to see me the rest of the way to lunch time. The store is tidy, organized and well stocked. It is precisely the same as any other Walgreens I've been to anywhere in the US from Cape Coral Florida to Boston Massachusetts to Battle Creek Michigan. Easy, quick, convenient. A-OK. 'Ready for Pickup' email.Your order is ready for pickup. went to get order. Evening manager could not locate. Showed her the email. All she said was sorry. I ask for refund. Manager told me to file a grievance with Fed-Ex. I ask why Fed-Ex? I had ordered from Walgreens on line, ship to store, and paid with Pay-Pal. Make since that Walgreens would provide a refund or at least have a process in place to handle such a situation. I would like a refund because no package. Manager was clueless. Apparently Walgreens does not teach/train the managers in day to day operations of the store. Please do not use the order and ship to store feature Walgreens has. If they fail to deliver you will loose time, gas and your money. No idea now how to get a refund.

Review of the clinic ... The CNP asked that I call back about the strength of antibiotics my 20 month old son had been on for dosing of existing med from less than a week ago. The call center could not reach her when I tried to follow up and left her a message to call me back; however, a return call OR doing the follow up call the next day as they are supposed to want important. I called the 800 number again 2 days later after he had a rash but still no call back. I called again, the same evening and the local clinic had closed. The call center assured me they took these matters very serious and would have the local operations director and the CNP to immediately call me in the a.m... Still nothing. In the meantime, I took him to his pediatrician and he said there was no way that he had an ear infection just a few days ago (ears were excellent) and should not have been put on Amoxicillin and furthermore, had thrush that this clinic did not identify. Steer clear of these unqualified and uncaring hacks. What CARING medical professional does not follow up regarding a 20 month old, particularly when there is an issue? I'm beyond livid at this HORRIBLE "medical" clinic. There's a Kroger little Clinic up Cemetary and a CVS down the road on Robert's. Go to one of these if you must use a clinic.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Hilliard. Drive thru for quick, convenient service is a joke. It takes a minimum of 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge you are waiting. My quick pick up started at 7pm and I finally received my prescription at 7:40pm. You need to get MUCH better Walgreens - your competitors are beating you all the way around.
