What you get at the chain repair shop:
ipad, sharp eyed, automated, upsell, paperwork pusher, sorry, need to replace your entire XXXX system, no, can't just fix the one part, for your benefit, of course, only the highest standard of care, of course, but also please extra fee for a warranty, of course, tiered, so they know exactly how much disdain is appropriate for you, specifically.
Meanwhile today at Aarrow:
a gruff man telling you that they replaced the thing and you don't need to pay because it's under warranty (turns out they did some work on it last year).
Bottom line:
if you don't try these guys you are missing out!”
“I accidentally scratched the side of my car. First i tried to get a quote at another body shop. It took them a week before i heard back and the quote felt high.
So i decided to shop around and discovered Fine Line Auto body. They had better reviews and i can assure you they earned it. I drove in without an appointment and they quoted it on the spot and they gave me different options to fix it. Due to xmas season, i could only afford the cheapest option.
I had my car fixed in a day turnaround. I was amazed by their work. I cant even tell where the scratches were.
I cant remember the names of the staff that helped me but they were amazing. They were friendly yet professional.”

“So, I've dealt with quite a few shops, but I've never, ever had one I felt so good about. WOW is my review. They're the nicest people. Very patient with me and all my questions. And the car was returned so quickly, I've never had a car returned that quickly with that much being done. And icing on the cake is HERTZ car rental is on site at this location. I will never use another shop going forward. This location is the best I've found. 10 stars all the way! The car was returned to me looking better than when it was purchased!
UPDATE: Just realized this shop even detailed the car. The rims were all cleaned on all 4 wheels. Inside all cleaned up. Smells great! Wow, i called my insurance rep to tell her how great this shop is. I will be recommending them to everyone i get the chance. I was just too happy to notice the extra details they threw in.
Update 2. 3rd time using this shop. Still the best several ever. Everyone here is just awesome.”

“Had a rock, or some debris, hit my windshield as I was passing a truck on the highway. What was a small chip that could be covered up by a nickel, turned into a huge crack while my car was parked within the time my insurance could get someone to fill the chip. Made an appointment with Safelite, they were able to get me in after a couple of days, and the process was overall very seamless. It was easy to upload my insurance information, text messages kept me updated throughout the process, I was in and out for my appointment in less time than projected, and the work appears to be well done. Overall, this was an excellent experience!”
“My daughter got into an accident and we towed her car to Gerber Collision & Glass in Powell. They gave us a great estimate in less than 24 hours, but since it's an older car, we decided it wasn't worth fixing. They gave us companies to contact to help sell the car and even allowed us to keep our car on their property until it was sold. I was amazed by their customer service even though we didn't spend $1!
