Chris has gone far above + beyond to help overcome obstacles and resolve issues for me, especially considering it was my first time dealing with him as a new customer. Cannot speak highly enough of the customer service and care they provide. I don't think I'll ever use another FFL in my life.

Great little shop with very knowledgeable people who are willing to help inform you on products. Great higher end selection. They are not pushy to sell. It’s why I went back within a week to make my purchase.

I didn't actually purchase a gun from here, but I had called to see if they had the one in stock that I wanted. The owner Chris was SUPER helpful and looked up the gun I wanted. Gave me a great price and said if I ordered by 2pm, it would be in in a few days. He said that the distribution website has some wrong info and if the that came in, wasn't what I wanted to not worry, he would resell it. I ended up not buying the gun through him ONLY because no one had it in stock, so I used our Cabellas points and ordered through Cabellas. I was able to get 0% interest and all that good stuff. But if Cabellas doesn't come through, I will march straight to Cap City.

Nice selection of goods, some very knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices. Just be sure if you buy something here, hold your receipt in the air as you walk out, so that the 80 year-old geriatric who (apparently?) works there doesn't scream from the back of the store "HEY! DID YOU PAY FOR THAT!?!" as you're walking out with the your merchandise. Seems like they need more staff so they can manage customer flow without accusing their paying customers of being thieves, that or the AARP-rep eating Chinese food in the back of the store should be given some bifocals. I've been coming in here on & off for years but I'll shop elsewhere moving forward.

One of the best local dealers in the area, Chris is very knowledgeable and friendly, he is very helpful over the phone and a great NFA transfer dealer for my new class III.
