These people are GREAT! They do a beautiful job on the the pedicures and manicures. They also get bonus points because when my relative accidentally left her phone there...they made sure that she got it back promptly. Great people---great places with those nice comfy massage chairs. ??

CT Nails was amazing! I haven’t had many good experiences at nail salons so I was nervous, but they were precise, gentle, and did exactly what I asked! I got French tips with chrome in almond shape and I am very happy with the result!
Cleanliness: The store had a clean and refreshing atmosphere

This is not my typical Nail Salon, the only reason why I came to this specific shop was for a repair because my nail tech is out of commission right now. I made an appointment the day before my service. The day of, I arrived on time. I was not greeted, I was told “wash your hands.” I was not treated like a customer at all.A tech came from the back to start working on my nail that was lifted. She was pretending like she didn’t understand me. The reason why I say pretending is, someone that came in after me, and had an appointment for after the time that I scheduled, the tech got up left me and started working on her. She then began having an entire conversation with her. I got up and walked out due to the very poor and unprofessional experience that I had.

DONT GO HERE! These people are not nice people at all they turned me away for a simple stone replacement because I didn’t have an appointment! A two minute service denied. Go to MJK nails they are the nicest people. Called in with a fake voice and they told me to come in right away! They are Racist and it was proven today!!! The guy tried to lie his way out but it’s sad that this is how people are treated.DO NOT SUPPORT a racist business!

Great service! I feel like a lot of nail salons are annoyed as soon as you walk through the door and that was not the case here. Comfy chairs and maybe the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten

I had a negative experience. The customer service is non-existent.Fingernails didn’t match toenails. The speak their native language all the time then when they speak English they are short, rude and sarcastically call you “Hon”.I asked for ombré over clear dip and was refused. The tech told me “don’t try to help me” when she was putting my nails into the dip powder. I explained I have carpal tunnel in both hands and my fingers are stiff. She kept using a dip powder jar to prop my hand up which was painful and left purple dip powder on both my wrists. (I am having hand surgery in a week and don’t need something looking like a bruise where the surgery will be!I got absolutely no manicure! No soak, no cuticle care or lotion/massage. Also they used the drill to sand down my mail beds and caught my skin, making it bleed. Filed back and forth which is damaging to the matrix of the mail and filed the sides which is the strongest part of the natural nail .I was so disappointed and upset I didn’t say anything, but I really wish I had.The mail tech was crushing my legs during the pedicure massage and scraping my feet where I have NO CALLOUSES! Then when she got partially done with my dip nails, she just stood up and walked away and an old man came to finish the job and he is the one who grinned my skin with the drill! He told me to sit with the fan on my nails. Why is that needed with dip?Just go elsewhere! After 105$ for mani/royal pedi, I still tipped because I do that.

Okay. I have never left a review before but I had to for this. I have a baby shower this weekend for my sweet baby girl and while I typically always go with simple and nude nails I decided to try something a little more fun.I’m obsessed and they knocked it out of the park. The nail technician took his time and was so patient. Will for sure go back!!Services: Nail art

I stopped by this salon because it’s close to my home but immediately upon arrival I was greeted very dry and nasty. When I walked in I was asked if I had an appointment, which I did not and it seemed as if it was an issue. I originally wanted a pedi and mani but quickly decided I would just get a polish change on my toes so I can leave faster. There was another woman who walked in after me and she was greeted properly and was not asked if she had an appointment. I hate to assume this is racist behavior but it’s evident there was a difference in treatment. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I hope another woman of color doesn’t experience the same that I did here.Services: Polish removal

They were able to fit me in as a walk-in and did excellent work on my nails. They had an assistant bringing water to customers.

Just moved to Hilliard and found this place on Google. Best nails I've had since moving to Ohio. They do such and amazing job and they are so kind!!!! They take their time and do a beautiful job.
