I took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. I ended up needing a new cabin air filter and tire alignment. Most of this was performed with little to no expense. This was greatly appreciated.They have the best communication at this location verses others in the area. That is why I take it here instead of where I bought it originally.

I scheduled a repair that I did not have the funds for previously. The original quote was close to $500 but when I dropped my car off and received it back sooner than expected the price was lowered by almost $200! I was pleasantly surprised and now I have more money to use towards another suggested repair. Thank you for taking care of me!

I had an accident where I collided with a deer and needed a car really quickly so I called and spoke with Derryck. He did a really good job, hooking me up with a vehicle, much quicker than my insurance did with a rental.Very happy with the new vehicle I have !

Bill,Steve and Lynn were amazing. Bill went way beyond the call of Duty! Steve has been a long time friend and he made the process very easy and Lynn in financing was fast and smooth. My mom was impressed that back in her day you stayed all day at the dealership and this was 1 1/2 total. It was soooo amazing. I love my car. My old Altima was 20 years old and it was my baby and now I am beyond excited about my new Rogue!!! I am a Nissan die hard fan for sure.

He answered all my questions and concerns and was so helpful and patient with us during the buying process. I refinanced my car and the head of your finance department kept my gap money I have not received it I will keep anyone I know from purchasing from your dealership and if I don’t receive me gap money soon I will file suit and picket outside your dealership til I get my rightful money

I am not new to this dealership and typically don’t have complaints, but waiting for 3.5 hours for an oil change/tire rotation when I am the first appointment at 7:15am is unacceptable. Then when I told the service advisor about a noise coming from my tire when going over bumps, they charged me a $74 diagnostic fee… for the tires they had to take off to rotate anyway. And to add insult to injury, the oil change was advertised on their website for a discount, that I never received.I am also tired of the sales calls each time my vehicle is in for service. After waiting 3.5 hours in the service department, buying my vehicle is the last thing I want to discuss.Please work on being prompt with customers that have early appointments. Offer customers the advertised sale price on repairs and service, and have the sales department discuss purchases before the appointment.

Julian Goode helped my wife and I pick out the perfect car for her. He asked super thoughtful questions and listened to our answers to help guide us in picking the right car! We are expecting our first kid soon, so trusting guidance to pick a safe car was huge. Thank you!

We paid $400 to replace a headlight. Single bulb. $400. And we had to schedule and leave the car. Seriously? While the service managers were nice and helpful the time and cost is completely unacceptable. $400 for a lightbulb. SMH

Hey there.Let me start blunty, this place SUCKS and I dont want to even give one star. First they sold me a vehicle that needed a new engine. A COMPLETE NEW ENGINE. They gave me attitude when I complained and said "Hey, you're gettng a rand new engine that cost $XX,XXX, you shouldnt complain." I wouldve thought they wouldve checked that out before we bought it tho. I mean it is the engine and all. Who am I?? Some pee-on nobody I guess?? Also, the promise to fix the other things that were wrong (the tailgate was catching on the back part of the roof when it opened) and badly at that. Yea that never happened. They claimed they "fixed it," but it was still catching on the lot before we left, but I was stuck with it, and now it doesnt even open and close at all, unless I force it manually. They also broke the back window when they "repaired" it and didnt even give me all the parts back. They didnt admit to it, of coarse, or even let me know, but I am still finding glass shards in the vehicle and hear it in the tailgate, again when I have to force it open and close. But again, who am I to this place? At least they made their commission...So yea, keep your trade in and go to Toyota, Honda, Chevy, or even get a freaking Ford or Yugo for that matter. Just make sure, you make a hard pass on these guys FOR SURE!!! I would've paid more elsewhere to avoid the headache they sold me.

Called on a Thursday to check about getting new tires. They ordered them and squeezed me in on Saturday. Great job Buckeye Nissan!
