I must say 2024 is off to a great start with the help from my friends at Buckeye Nissan In Hilliard. I just purchased my 2023 Nissan Rogue SL AWD, and loving it!!. Bill Fields and Steve Ilich are amazing and very professional. They answered all of my questions, showed me all the fabulous features in my new vehicle and reached out to me after the purchase to make sure I didn't have any questions. I love the level of service I receive when I'm at Buckeye Nissan, it's like rolling out the red carpet!! If your going to buy a Nissan go to Buckeye Nissan in Hilliard. I have been going there for over 15 years, so it's time you get that kind of track record too!

I purchased my Murano from salesman, Bill Fields. I was debating whether I should lease or buy. I ended up test driving several models and just couldn't decide, then I sat down with Bill to discuss. He showed me all my options and answered all my questions and concerns. I ended up purchasing my 2020 Murano. Bill made the process easier by offering his pressure free expertise and knowledge. It was a great experience and I am pleased with my purchase. My Murano is both stylish and big enough to haul my work equipment (when needed).

Just a warning for those who seek to trade in your car here. I have a very nice 2018 Durango Citadel that I was considering trading in for a Traverse. When I got my Durango, it was on the heels of a total loss so time was of the essence and no Traverses were available at the time and rental cars were super expensive, I got the Durango which was my 2nd choice. I was just looking for a change of scenery and maybe getting my first choice now (a year later). They looked at my trade (never drove it) and came back with an offer of $23,500. I will attach a copy of my KBB value for a trade in was $26,919 (middle value - $28,363 high and $25,474 low). The value is $27-30. Their offer was about $3,500 lower than the KBB value middle offer and way under the actual value. Just beware and do your homework. Know what your car is worth before you go there. Auto's are ridiculous right now and with rates as high as they are, don't get tricked into losing thousands of dollars of your hard earned equity. I didn't go in and want top dollar because they have to re-sell but that offer, in my opinion, was predatory. A manager reached out and said it was because of repairs needed. Let me tell you, there are no dents, scratches, defects in this car. Pictures are publicly posted on autotrader now. When I asked for a list of what was identified by the appraiser, I heard no response back but I did reply that that answer was a cop-out and they should have a list of items to support their claim. Just beware. In a time where we are in an economy hurting to put food on your table, don't let a car dealer scam you for lower than what is a 'fair' offer. Maybe they were not hurting for inventory or were not willing to budge on anything because they hit their numbers, etc. The right thing to do would to say, you know we cannot offer you what your car is worth so I will not extend a trade in offer to you but would really like your business if you are interested in the car we have. That would have showed integrity and trust vs saying we will give you thousands below what it is worth on a trade in. Shame on you guys

In a nutshell, the salesman was helpful and I was able to get a good car at a reasonable price. However, the credit agent basically tried to scam me into buying a maintenance plan I neither wanted nor needed, and which would have cost me thousands of dollars. BEWARE! In more detail, I was in the market for an EV (electric vehicle), so kudos to Buckeye Nissan for having more than many dealers. I knew more about this kind of vehicle than my salesman, but you should always do your own research and be in the same position. They let me take the car home overnight so I could go through the charging process and be comfortable with the vehicle. So far so good. When it came to the credit agent/ maintenance plan scam, this is how that goes. First you get a spiel about how everybody is family. Then the part about how hard they worked to get you the absolutely lowest rate for your loan. And finally, by the way, this rate is dependent on you buying a maintenance plan. Wait, what? When did we start talking about a maintenance plan? (This EV came with an 8 year, 100,000 mile warranty from the manufacturer, plus the certified car warranty.) Very slick. When I said to take the plan out, he said, O, OK, well, we'll see what this does to your interest rates. After a quick exchange of emails, guess what? The interest rate stayed the same, and monthly payment went down hundreds. I'm not using the name of this individual because I can only imagine the policy comes down from management. As someone once said to me, if you're buying a car, just remember, these people are not your friends, they are definitely not your family. They are trying to make money off you. But I got a good car from Buckeye Nissan, without feeling too bad about it. Stay on your toes and you can too.

Buckeye Nissan was awesome and made the process of purchasing a car as stress free as possible. Bill Fields was my sales associate and he was so helpful and very patient with us through the whole process! He answered all my questions and made sure I was good to go before taking off. He reassured me that if I have any questions I can reach out to him at anytime. Him and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly. I definitely recommend Buckeye Nissan and will be returning if I plan to buy another Nissan in the future!

The collision center at Buckeye Nissan employees are inconsiderate about the length of time repairs are made to your transportation. A 1 week completion estimate turned into 24 days fiasco. I would recommend that you look into a more professional business. Vote with your wallet! Go elsewhere.

When I thought of buying a car I instantly thought of Buckeye Nissan. Nothing but love, courtesy and finding me what I wanted at a price I was set at. First time meeting Julian Goode and he was exceptional with the whole process. It was a wonderful experience from Julian to Paul Still the manager to Kevin in finance. Nissan- and specifically this dealership, Buckeye Nissan, will forever be the best to work with. They are attentive, patient, caring, the list can go on and on. I've had 3 different cars / 3 year lease terms with them and I have never been disappointed with my cars performance, the staff, the service etc. Chadwick Vansky is the absolute best sales manager. Even after I get my car he frequently checks in, never ever minds when I bother him with silly little questions or issues. He's more than helpful and polite and will always get me the answer I need. Steve and Debbie have always helped me as well in navigating finding the perfect fit for me. They help me with going through all the options, giving me their professional opinion, and making sure i'm happy. Should any issues arise the whole team is ready to help. I highly recommend going to this dealership and using this team of experts. Anything car related is scary, getting a new car, needing your car serviced, exploring options- when you don't know anything about cars it's tough! This team makes the process nothing short of an amazing experience.
