Although my car was unfortunately a total loss, Chris and other staff has made my time dealing with the car and insurance a breeze. They were quick to get me in for an estimate and quick to complete the estimate as well as talk with insurance regarding repairs. They even were able to give me a ride home after dropping the vehicle off. Should I ever have to deal with another car accident I will definitely come back and highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs completed for their vehicle.

READ THIS VERY VERY IMPORTANT DONT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU LIKE THEY DID ME AND WASTE MY TIME AND MY ENERGY AND MY STRESS OF HAVING POLICE OFFICERS AND ATF AGENTS LOOKING FOR ME BECAUSE OF THEM PLEASE READ THIS IS NOT MADE UP I HAVE %1000 receipts on everything THEY HAVE MADE ME A VICTIM!!!!!***********The year is 2023 I live in Columbus Ohio with my first car a 2019 Kia Forte S. A internet video came out on YouTube about how easy they are to steal but I never had a issue with the my vehicle never damage not attempts to be stolen nothing. Going to get lunch at work a semi runs a red light and hits me. I call my insurance I have USAA they told me to come here because it is a trusted vendor of what ever they call it took my vehicle there in 6/20/23. a couple weeks later I come home from work and see this note attached to my door After speaking to Columbus PD they told me to call here and confirm that my vehicle was stolen. So I did after speaking to MR.R (as we will call him)asking him if my car had been stolen he said no I don’t think so let me check and call you back. About 15 minutes later MR.R calls me back and says yeah they pulled up on your vehicle shined the light and had it gone in 10 seconds. WOW CRAZY RIGHT!!!! You would think with all the reports of stolen kias they would care enough to keep it locked up that MR.R kept telling me about but NOPE THEY DIDNTThis is where things get interesting….A day or two later I come home and find that ***ATF SPECIAL AGENTS WERE AT MY HOME!!!!! TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME TURNS OUT MY CAR WAS USED IN A ROBBERY AFTER BEING INTERROGATED BY THE ATF AND COLUMBUS POLICE AS TO WHERE I WAS WHERE I WORK WHO I KNOW WHERE I HANG OUT ETC ETC WENT THROUGH THE DEBACLE OF GETTING IT OUT OF IMPOUND AND OUT FROM UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE ATF THEY GET IT BACK AND THEY SEND IT TO ANOTHER PLACE TO GET MORE SERVICE AT WHITCH IT ATTEMPTS TO BE STOLLEN AGAIN!!!!! So MR.R tells me oh this is terrible let me help you since this whole mess has been there fault by going to the dealership to trade in this terrible vehicle that has brought me so much misfortune and they will “HELP” me after not doing anything to help me get out of the car like he said he would he called me days later to say we will get it back “SOON”*******Update because my last review vanished for some reason after about three weeks of MR.R telling me next week, then next week. I walk in and MR.R meets me with a very nice file containing how much money I owe them some came from insurance but then we get to the deductible and it’s higher then $499 which is understandable I know I have to pay a deductible for the initial damage but then he told me that there was another deductible that again was over $499 from when they had possession of my Vehicle. They want me to pay because they didn’t secure my car behind their fence and lock up and it got stolen they have been the burden of my life for the last 5 months****************************PLEASE DONT LET YOUR INSURANCE MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE MINE DID!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone at Buckeye Nissan was so friendly and helpful! I had the pleasure of working with Bill Fields and he was awesome! He answered all my questions and concerns and was so helpful and patient with us during the buying process. I love my new Rouge and cannot thank Buckeye Nissan enough for making the process of buying a vehicle as stress free as possible. Definitley recommend going here!!

The collision center at Buckeye Nissan employees are inconsiderate about the length of time repairs are made to your transportation.A 1 week completion estimate turned into 24 days fiasco.I would recommend that you look into a more professional business.Vote with your wallet! Go elsewhere.

*****please read!!!!**************please dont let your insurance make the same mistake mine did!!!!!!!!!!! read this very very important dont let them take advantage of you like they did me and waste my time and my energy and my stress of having police officers and atf agents looking for me because of them please read this is not made up i have %1000 receipts on everything they have made me a victim!!!!!***********"the year is 2019"i just finished school and to celebrate my new life moving forward my first purchase was a car. my parents had a kia and liked it so we went to explore. i bought a 2019 kia forte s brand new off the lot. (a couple months later a youtube video would come out and show how it's very easy to steal one) the year is 2023 i live in columbus ohio never had a issue with the vehicle never damage not attempts to be stolen nothing. going to get lunch at work a semi runs a red light and hits me. i call my insurance i have usaa they told me to come here because it is a trusted vendor of what ever they call it took my vehicle there in june of 2023. (refer to picture 1) a couple weeks later i come home from work and see this note attached to my door(refer to picture 2) after speaking to columbus pd they told me to call here and confirm that my vehicle was stolen. so i did after speaking to rodger asking him if my car had been stolen he said no i don't think so let me check and call you back. about 15 minutes later rodger calls me back and says yeah they pulled up on your vehicle shined the light and had it gone in 10 seconds. wow crazy right!!!!this is where things get interesting....a day or two later i come home and find that atf special agents were at my home!!!!! trying to get in touch with me turns out my car was used in a robbery where 30 guns were stolen!!!!!!!after the debacle of getting it out of impound they get it back and they send it to another place to get more service at whitch it attempts to be stollen again!!!!!! so rodger tells me oh this is terrible let me help you since this whole mess has been there fault by going to the dealership to trade in this terrible vehicle that has brought me so much misfortune and they will "help" me after not doing anything to help me get out of the car like he said he would he called me days later to say we will get it back "soon"please dont let your insurance make the same mistake mine did!!!!!!!!!!! read this very very important dont let them take advantage of you like they did me and waste my time and my energy and my stress of having police officers and atf agents looking for me because of them please read this is not made up i have %1000 receipts on everything they have made me a victim!!!!!

Nissan- and specifically this dealership, Buckeye Nissan, will forever be the best to work with. They are attentive, patient, caring, the list can go on and on. I've had 3 different cars / 3 year lease terms with them and I have never been disappointed with my cars performance, the staff, the service etc. Chadwick Vansky is the absolute best sales manager. Even after I get my car he frequently checks in, never ever minds when I bother him with silly little questions or issues. He's more than helpful and polite and will always get me the answer I need. Steve and Debbie have always helped me as well in navigating finding the perfect fit for me. They help me with going through all the options, giving me their professional opinion, and making sure i'm happy. Should any issues arise the whole team is ready to help. I highly recommend going to this dealership and using this team of experts. Anything car related is scary, getting a new car, needing your car serviced, exploring options- when you don't know anything about cars it's tough! This team makes the process nothing short of an amazing experience.

Nationwide Insurance sent me to Buckeye Nissan to have my car repaired after an accident. Buckeye Nissan fixed it to look brand new. The parts were on backorder (of course not their fault) but they kept in touch with me with frequent updates and repaired my car very quickly once the parts arrived. When I picked up my finished car they walked me out to it and explained everything that they did along with explaining the warranty of their work. I highly recommend Buckeye Nissan and would like to commend Roger for the excellent customer service he provided to me.
