We were greeted and assisted by a very helpful staff. The furniture was what we wanted, but was not in stock. We pre-paid for the furniture, as soon as it comes in on their next supply. I enjoyed the staff tremendously but the store's tool option were extremely limited. I mean this is the worst selection of tools in any Big Lots I have ever been in, from Cleveland, Ohio, to South Carolina. Even the tools that were supposed to be there weren't in stock. Empty racks and hangers. Again, excellent staff.

I'm looking for orange throw pillows. They hadn't any in this location. The store was filled with all types of items, which are things I haven't witnessed on other Big lots

Standard Big Lots store - inexpensive goods with a mix of home goods, decor, storage, furniture, toys, some grocery items and seasonal.

Most of this when I come to this location I'm looking for stuff then I ask the employee where it is and they tell me it's at the end of the store so I didn't find it. Recently I think you hired a good team especially the lady named Layla, Every time I ask her for stuff she walks with me and shows exactly where the stuff is. Thank you Layla and thank you for hiring good employees.
