Clean room, relatively quiet, and easy to get out to access the city from here. Great place to stay!

Called the front desk because we needed two pillows for the pullout couch for our daughter. I was told we have 4 pillows on the king size bed and that should be enough. I said we needed a couple for the pullout and then she said they were out of pillows. Seems strange a hotel would be out of pillows. Sad.Noteworthy details: Close to the expo center. Had we had a better experience we would be staying here the next three weekends but we will stay somewhere else.

The hotel itself was nice, and the breakfast was good. We noticed that there was a lingering 'herbal' smell, usually in the evening (which might be related to recently-passed legislation). We noticed that our keys would randomly stop working. A quick trip to the front desk would fix that issue, though it would be nice if the keys worked for the duration of the stay. Also, when the kindly front desk employee fixed my key, she only verified that I was staying at the hotel, not that I was actually the person who rented the room. I would feel more comfortable if they verified that I am the one renting the room before creating a new key (perhaps by asking the approximate day/hour/min of check-in).

Was a great place to stay. Only bad thing was there were no pillows in the bed pack for the sofa bed. Other than that, the beds and pillows were comfy. Kids said pool was warm. Breakfast was great!! Great location.

We came down for a convention at the Greater Columbus Convention Center about three weeks ago with about five teens and we were very pleased with our stay. It's one of the few places we found with free breakfast and a pool, but was reasonably priced. It is only about 15 minutes from the Convention Center, 20 if there's traffic and is a non-smoking (inside) facility. We found that to be true, however if you get a room near one of the doors, you may have to deal with some smoke smell coming through the vents sparsely. The staff was really nice and the cleaning crew somehow always had our towels changed and stocked even though we truly were in and out of the room sporadically. It was quiet during our stay, but we also had a room on the top floor so I'm not sure how it was for those under a room. Pool had long hours. Will stay here again!Rooms: The room was very clean and the beds (even the sofa bed) was very comfortable. It's a decent size room, but is a little snug to get by to the bathroom if you have the sofa bed pulled out. So if you need more room, make sure to fold the sofa bed up when you're done. We had 5 in the room.Nearby activities: There is a Dave and Buster within walking distance or a 2 min drive down the road.Food & drinks: They switched up the options for eggs (scrambled or omelet) and meat (bacon or sausage) daily. The cups for juice, toast, and fruit were individually wrapped. They had soy milk as an option to choose for cereal and a build your own parfait. Also had the option listed for gluten-free if asked, but our person with a gluten free allergy always found something to eat and we didn't ask. Had a "to-go" breakfast option at the door for guests as well.Noteworthy details: Although we didn't use it, they have a lift next to the pool for those with mobility The hotel had a decent selection of the basic things you would need if you forgot something, but there is a CVS, Dollar Tree, and Gas Station within a 1-2 min walking distance as well so you have options.

It's a great location but they don't have any air down stairs at all. One of the managers said it cost to much to buy the AC what it needs. And there is black mold on the second floor.

Had a great experience. It's nice, clean, spacious room, and so many breakfast options. Front desk was helping and nice. The only area of opportunity is the room doors need door sweeps or something. It allows light and sound to come in. I heard the doors being slammed at least 20 times one morning and screaming children. That was not fun to be awakened to.

Our 1st room, the fridge didn't work, the toilet didn't flush right. I went and talked to Kasey at the desk. She was very nice and gave us a new room.
