I did no business with this company, but whoever they hired to drive their box truck is going to kill someone. Driver was in a 55mph, doing anywhere from 45mph - 65mph. They were over the yellow line several times as well, I ended up passing them because I felt unsafe being behind them. When passing of course they were on their phone.

Me and my mechanic were looking for a new fuel tank for my truck. Bessler was the only local place that had it. My mechanic called them many times and left messages that were never returned. A week he finally got my money and purchased the part. It was supposed to be shipped to us the next day. It did not show up so he calls back and finds out they crushed the truck and the part is gone, and they have no more. This was a very hard part to find, so I had to drive an hour and a half away to get the part from somewhere else. Not only did they waste a whole week of our time, but then after 2 weeks they still had not refunded the money. My mechanic had to call the bank to get his refund. Talk about kicking someone when they were already down. It's not only horrible customer service, but lack of caring for people in general. This is not the only place that did this to us, so I imagine we are not the only ones this has happened to. Hopefully they get it together if people see this, and change how they treat people.

First off the only signage is a small banner mixed into the blinds. Second doors locked and no clear way to notify someone inside you interested in buying something. Third problem a guy comes out as I'm walking to my car, looks at me totally annoyed I've interrupted him and says "yeah?". What? What does that even mean? You are a seller of goods and I am making an effort to be a buyer of goods. I gave at least one star for him assisting me with where I should go to purchase what I needed. Customer service is a lost art.

I got an engine from Grahm(?). He suggested I get the 3 year parts and labor warranty. It was going to be more than I planned on spending, but it made sense because it was a used engine. My mechanic said it was the cleanest used motor he's seen and agreed the warranty was a good deal. Would use this company again.
