Please someone help me understand how this bank still open in the us soil. So far this is the worse bank ever , customer service sucks top to the bottom please don’t even think about filling a claims they will denied without any investigation not even notified you. Please please stay away.

BofA has excellent tech, but their policies are not customer friendly. I opened a small business account there and the banker was very hard to reach. I moved to a community bank and I'm much happier, with much better service and access to the people I need.

*1 Clean location.*2 noce peopleLost 3 stars for difficulty of all transactions.Depositing a check always takes them about 10 minutes.All other banks only takes them 1-2minutes.I'm really confused why it takes them 10 minutes to deposit a single check.Other transactions are also always linger as well.Get it together BOA

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The bank itself is clean and all staff is friendly. It is a breath of fresh air to find someone who truly cares about the customer! Nicole went above and beyond what was expected to help me and my business. Nicole sat and took time to listen to the issue at hand (even without us being members of the bank) and found a solution that was absolutely hassle free for us. After this experience we will start banking with Bank Of America as soon as one opens near our home town!

They transfered money out of my savings account unauthorized to pay for a transaction without my consent and now they won’t answer the phone for me to schedule an appointment

Not your typical bank. Very organized and well respected. Yes you need an appointment to open an account but, you have a dedicated banker that works with you and will continue to check in with you moving forward. It's not hectic like the rest of the Bank. Highly recommended if you want to build a future and your financial life.

This is the worst branch of the bank in all the United States. Personnel completely incompetent for more than a week trying to open an account and the person in charge does not appear. They make customers lose their time, preferably open an account in another bank where they consider their time.

Worst experience ever that I had in a bank. They don't communicate with you. It looks that they don't have any communication among each other. I'm closing my account with them. Look for somewhere else to bank. I have been banking with chase for a acouple of years and had never had as many issues as I had with this bank and we only open the account few months ago.

The manager called to invite me to an open house they were having. (I did not catch her name) Unfortunately I didn't need any banking services at this time but I will definitely be reaching out in the future the customer service was top notch and I really appreciate the phone call!

After physically going into the bank to schedule an appt (no one answers the phone at this site apparently because my first step was to call in order to schedule), they set a time for me after over a half hour wait. At the scheduled time, they took a walk in that was literally in front of me at the door. I again had to wait for my SCHEDULED appt while they opened a new account. Awful service.
