If you value your time, do not open any account or card with BoH. They will never answer the phone without a 30+ minute hold time first AND you will listen to the same commercials over and over again while waiting on hold. This bank is terrible customer service.

The slowest bank in the world .I would recommend 5/3 bank.Way more professional.
