Not only did John get me in right away for service, but researched my problem, found the items I needed and repaired my vehicle fast, all while being very knowledgeable and educating me on what was happening with my Jeep. He and his wife are very friendly and the service was great. John got me back up and running in no time! Recommended!”

“I have a long history here and they have always done me right. I ordered a set of wheels and tires for my truck and decided I didnt want them and the salesman told me there was a restocking fee. I was ok with that, I did place the order. He called me later to tell me that the wheels/tires they had ordered where the wrong ones for my truck and wouldn't fit. So he did not charge me the restocking fee. I did end up buying 7 tires for my dually and most recently I brought my daughter's Honda CRV in and they evaluated the tires for free. It's a quality place and the prices are decent. The downsides? Long waits but they do have an air conditioned lobby. My advice is, do not buy used tires, comparison shop, then try these folks out and see what you think.”
“My alternator went out in my Chevy impala & I had to have it towed in…I called Randy w/the info…he texted me to let me know that my vehicle arrived @ his shop…several hours later…got a phone call from Randy telling me it’s ready for pick up…Randy has been working on both of my vehicles for about 7 years now…from when he worked as a manager @ Midas off Henderson Rd to his current position as a manager here @ Richeys….he’s loyal…he has compassion & very well educated on vehicles…Highly recommend!!! 10 ✨ ??”
“It’s very rare for car service experiences to be pleasant. This Midas location somehow pulls it off. The employees seem to really like their job and treat people kindly and fairly. They are honest with work that needs to be done vs what can wait and the prices can’t be beat. It doesn’t hurt that they are in the same shopping center as two great restaurants.”

They were quick to get me in for an estimate and quick to complete the estimate as well as talk with insurance regarding repairs. They even were able to give me a ride home after dropping the vehicle off. Should I ever have to deal with another car accident I will definitely come back and highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs completed for their vehicle.”

“Took my car in for an oil change and had some questions about some noises the car was making. Mohammad changed my oil and did some minor body repair work that solved one of the noise problems. Showed and explained to me what all needs done to get my car in tip-top shape.

“Wow wow wow. I am so impressed with this business and their customer service. I called this morning to see if they had any availability to just check out my car because it started to make a funny noise and it was kind of an emergency to get it looked at. Riley said he could take a look and give me an estimate if I brought it in around 3 (same day). Before 3 he gave me a call and let me know he was available sooner than anticipated and he was able to assess the problem and get my vehicle back in working order right then and there when I wasn’t expecting him to be able to fix it til at least Monday. I am so grateful for this business! You really saved me and my partner on such short notice. Support local business!
