I received excellent service here! Randy did an awesome job keeping me informed of the status of my repair. It took a little longer than originally expected, however it was great to have everything replaced and looking good! There were a few extra parts that needed fixed and he took the time to do it right! Highly recommend Crash Champions Hilliard!

The actual repair work they performed on my car was fine, but the scheduling and customer service experience at this location was abysmal. My appointment was scheduled then canceled/rescheduled 4 times over a 4 week span. Once I was finally able to bring the car in, the front desk agent, who checked me in, never told the estimator I was waiting to have my car examined. I was left in the waiting area for 20 minutes until the office clerk stopped her water cooler conversation with the estimator to then ask me "why are you sitting there?" The other reviews of frequent updates to the car are true and were appreciated. However once I received the call my car was "completed," I soon received another call, from the same agent, saying the car was not finished and that it will take more time.Apologies for the novella, but the organizational skills and customer service of this group was an experience worth writing a review for.

This place is a joke! Avoid this place at all costs if you have to file an insurance claim for body damage. I initially made an insurance claim on my vehicle because I had a small object hit my front fender of my car from a semi truck which took some paint off my car. Lady who looked at my car here said it was likely a bad paint job done and whatever hit my car took the chunk of paint out. Well a few days later I get a letter from the insurance stating that the claim was denied because Crash Champions told them loosing paint off your car is normal wear and tear. They also told the insurance that because there is no dent on my car that I cant prove that it was caused from debris and treated me like I was a liar. According to them the paint just blew off my car while I was on the highway. I have never been more disgusted at a place like crash champions. The lady that accessed my car told me one thing and told the insurance a different thing.

My brand new car was hit by a deer in April, repaired, then hit again (by more deer ) in May. This shop has simply done the best work twice on my poor car! Amy is absolutely awesome with updating us twice a week on the progress. That was appreciated. I picked up my car yesterday and it looked beautiful, you wouldn't know a deer had a collision with the front end. Thank you also to the ones who did the work and put it back together! 100% recommend!!!!

Very poor service, it took them two days to even pick up the car and they wouldn’t have even picked it up but we kept calling. They had our car for 2 weeks, kept saying it was in the shop when it wasn’t. Got messages saying they ordered the parts a week before the car even got in the shop.Service: Body & Trim

This place is AMAZING! Having my car vandalized and stuff stolen was very upsetting and frustrating but these guys made the repair process so easy. From Courtney at the front desk being so helpful and knowledgeable to Leslie who always kept me in the loop every step of the process. HIGHLY recommend- if I could give 10 stars on here I would. Definitely not taking my car anywhere else.Services: Painting

They are devious. I hit a deer and went through my insurance to find a preferred company to do the repairs. They were on the list and had a majority of good reviews. I called several times before the car was towed there asking multiple times if they would be able to accept and work on the car. They said yes. They said that it would be UP TO a week for an estimate, UP TO a week to order the parts, and about a week after that to start working on the car. I thought this was a bit long but since they said "up to", I assumed they were just cyoa about the estimate. I get the car towed to this Crash location and call them back. The lady then says that the estimate will take 1-1.5 weeks which is not what she said previously. 6 hours later I get a message from my insurance company for me to contact the repair shop but the repair shop listed was Service King on Broad not Crash in Mill Run. I call Crash to verify my car was still at Mill Run and it wasn't. They had towed it without informing me. They proceeded to say that they didn't have room in their lot for my car and that they wouldn't be able to get to my car for weeks. They never told me any of this previously. They make you sign a form that gives them many liberties with your car including moving it to a different shop. Their intention was to move it to a lower rated shop from the beginning and did not disclose this information with me. The place they sent my car to, Service King, did not answer the phone when I called and I left a voicemail that has yet to be returned (1 hour ago currently). I will most likely be towing my car again under my own expense to a shop that is more trustworthy and actually has time to work on my car.

Run don't walk away from here. The service and communication was just awful. You see I went in for a quote and we scheduled a future date/ time for the repairs. Well they quoted me 4 days for the repairs. I dropped my car off, picked up the rental car and 7 days later after not hearing anything I called for an update. It took me 3 phone calls to learn they hadn't even started on my car yet. 25 days later and I finally get my car back and within hours dash lights are on. I called Crash Champions they documented the complaint as the lights went away. Well lights keep coming on and off for 30 days until they stay on permanently. I call Amy back and she wipes her hands of the issue. Has the audacity to say there's nothing wrong, and if there was it wouldn't be from the accident and then in the next breadth say you never know with collisions what can be knocked loose. Tells me to take it to dealer and keep receipts because maybe they can submit to insurance if dealer can prove issue caused by accident. So call insurance company they send me to dealer. Dealer identifies and makes additional $1500 worth of repairs and ties back to accident and does it all within 48 hours after dealing with crash champions for months! Rest of work seems to have been done well but the lack of communication, and the fact that they didn't fix my car entirely has left me with a bad taste. I'd never go back or recommend it to anyone I know.Services: Electrical

6 stars if I could! Just drop off your car and DO NOT SWEAT IT AT ALL. You can tell the people at Crash Champions love what they do.Car looks factory they even fixed a spot that has bothered me for years and didn’t bump the price up. Without a doubt where I will go if I’m ever unlucky enough to need them again

They told me my car would be done in two days and after over a week, it wasn't done and I had not been notified of its status AT ALL. Every time I called someone wasn't at their desk or was away, and they kept pushing back the finished date every time I called. They were eventually able to deliver my car to me, but only after persistent calling.

Called number on website and easily scheduled appointment to get a quote for damaged fender. Upon arrival I was questioned multiple times on my name and insurance company. Told them I wanted to pay out of pocket depending on quote amount. I was informed they do not accept payments directly from customer and only work with insurance companies. I'm sure this is to price gauge as there is no other reason to not accept payment from customer. Was not informed of this policy on the phone which could have saved everyone lots of time. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
