The shopping experience was fantastic, Danielle the sales professional was outstanding. Absolute pleasure to work with and gave great insight. Leonard was extremely helpful. He helped my wife put all the chairs into our vehicle and even rearranged everything to fit around my wheelchair. GREAT EXPERIENCE and outstanding staff

Absolutely love Arhaus Loft Hilliard! My wife has purchased the majority of our home from here and we love the quality and style. If you live in Columbus area, be sure to ask for Rebekah Rose, she is extremely professional and helpful and often keeps an eye out for things she thinks we’d like and will match our home aesthetic. 5 stars!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The warehouse had my living room set wrapped and loaded quickly after my purchase. This was my first time shopping at this store but I will definitely come back.

This is the best Arhaus location. They always have a great selection with the best deals. My parents have even started to travel to this location from out of town. The warehouse always handles our furniture with care and very friendly.

The Hilliard location has a great selection always! This store is always clean and organized. The sales team is amazing at this location, they are so helpful when I am selecting items. I stop by often and find a great piece for myself or my clients.

My partner and I like this place. We visit occasionally and consistently discover items in pretty good condition at discounted prices. The furniture quality and materials are also commendable.

We have purchased many pieces from this facility, which always seems to have a plentiful selection. The staff is top notch, giving the perfect balance of letting customers browse while still seeming attentive. They are usually very knowledgeable about all of the items, and will point out any issues that may have brought the item to the outlet. Also, unlike other outlets like RH, they actually have good rotating discounts. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed in this location. My husband and I are looking to furnish our new home and we drove 3 hours to check out The Loft as recommended by our Lexington, KY sales associate. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this store to anyone.
From the moment we walked in, it was a very uncomfortable experience. We were COMPLETELY ignored by the floor sales associate even after passing her multiple times. (I’m unsure of her name but she has short blonde hair). There were two ladies behind the counter who at least said good morning when we walked past but that was the extent of that interaction. Since we had driven so far we decided to still look around and see if we could find some items we loved. After walking around for 10-15 minutes without another employee asking to check on us we decided the extra “savings” from shopping at The Loft was not worth the incredibly bad guest experience.
If I could give this store zero stars I absolutely would. Please do not waste your time, energy or gas. It is not worth it.

Staff not friendly at all. Would not let me pay over phone and have my husband pick up while he was there in the area. Staff is extremely rude and are not helpful.
