Excellence = maintaining the highest standards, paying attention to little details, and being willing to go the extra mile. The Sales Specialist I worked with at All Seasons Spas - Jason Beninghof to purchase my new Sundance Spa embodies all of the qualities. When I'm making a significant $ investment it starts and ends with the person I am dealing with. Is he or she authentic? Do they know their product? Will they go above and beyond after the sale to make sure I am happy with my investment? Jason checked all of those boxes and he even provided an in-service on my new Spa at my home on a Sunday morning. Obviously, I am happy with Jason, All Seasons Spas and my new Sundance 780 series Bristol Spa and I would highly recommend this organization.

I wouldn’t buy a hot tub anywhere else. Jeff was super knowledgeable and helpful. They keep the best quality product and have great warranty’s.They set up a quick delivery and made this process as smooth as possible.This experience was really refreshing after visiting a hot tub store where no one knew anything!

I was disappointed that the spa did not work for the spot I wanted. I accurately described the spot to sales person. Come delivery day, they said they would not warranty. Morale of story, don't pay more than deposit until in spot u want. Probably would have sent back otherwise. I'm still waiting for follow up call to see how things are but have given up hope after 9 weeks. That all being said, loving the Jacuzzi.

I have owned a Sundance spa for over 13 years and have only needed someone to come out and fix 2 problems over that timeframe. When I have had questions about an issue Mike in service and the previous service Manager would walk me through to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. 90% of the time the minor issues were resolved without having to have someone come out on a service call. Yesterday, I had Mike and Trevor from service come out and fix a minor problem. They were professional, timely and called before they came and fixed my problem and offered advice on some other questions I had. I can't say enough about the quality of service I have received from the sales side to the service side. I buy all my chemicals and supplies from All Seasons and the prices are as competitive as Amazon. Hats off to the owner of All Seasons Spas because your employees are fantastic!David Durtschi

We bought our hot tub for our cabin in Hocking Hills five years ago. We absolutely love it. On the occasions when we need service or have questions, Mike and his service department have been great to work with and always willing and helpful with answering questions.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! We have purchased one hot tub from them so far for our lodging business and plan on purchasing more in the future! Mike (The service manager) was so helpful! He helped us get our hot tub back up and running before our next guests arrived and we couldn't be more thankful!

I would like to take the time out of my day to write about that fact that my partner and I were able to walk into this place of business and not be bothered at all. Most places sales people are so bothersome and that it’s extremely irritating to me. There was a dog but it didn’t even move just raised its head at us, which was amazing. It was the most zen environment to comfortably look for a hot tub we are not in the market at the moment but when we see we are buying one from this place. Prices were good too!

The text below is from out hottub purchase of 12 years ago! We still think we got a great deal and love this business and their product. After 12 years we finally had to have a service call and I couldn't be happier. The response was fast and the tech did a great job. Given the nature of the product they are happy to wait 2 days and verify everything is ok before they even ask for payment. This is a level of service/trust rarely seen these days. The Service department is 5 stars in addition to the sales team!I purchased my first hot tub from a company that soon went out of business for less than honorable practices, but I wasn't left abandoned. I quickly came to depend on All Seasons for supplies, service, and advice even though I bought my tub elsewhere. When it came time to replace my original 10 year old hot tub I knew All Seasons would be my first visit.This time around the buying experience was much more pleasant and I took my time and considered my choices carefully. We were able to see dozens of potential models on their sales floor and actually "wet tested" about 5 models before coming across a dry Sundance Majesta. Our Salesman offered to move the Majesta into their spacious and perhaps luxurious testing room where we fell in love with it. We recieved a great offer and 4 weeks later it was in our back yard where it has been for 2 months now.We can't be without a hot tub now and this time around the research, buying, delivery, and installation was so much easier.Highly Recomended.

We purchased our hot tub from All Seasons Spas. The sales staff was amazing, and the delivery was quick and efficient. I just had a service issue on a defective component to control the temperature( a manufacturer problem) , it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend purchasing your next hot tub from All Seasons !!

Nothing but good things to say. In Aril 2023 we bought and had installed 90 miles outside Columbus, a Jacuzzi hot tub purchased from All Seasons after looking at other stores in Columbus over the course of the winter. The show room and salesperson, Jeff, were superior to the other locations Delivery and installation by All Season went smoothly. Being our first time as a hot tub owner, we had periodic questions. Our salesman, Jeff, patiently walked us through all of our questions. When he is not in, one of the others does the same. All are equally nice and immediately helpful. The hot tub has worked well, been enjoyable, and it has been very easy to maintain with the help by Jeff and the others.

Great experience at All Seasons Spas. Jeff Buroff made the hot tub buying process so easy and painless. Great communication from Jeff through out the whole process and he delivered everything he promised on time. The delivery guys were also very knowledgeable and great to work with.

Update on 10/31/23: We now are on our 4th hot tub purchased from All Seasons Spas. 3 Jacuzzi hot tubs and 1 Nordic hot tub. Our guest's couldn't be happier with our hot tubs and we love the customer service we get from All Seasons Spas. We also purchase all of our chemicals from them as well as we have found they are just as competitive as the online stores selling chemicals. We highly recommend All Seasons Spas!We have been a customer of All Seasons Spa for 3 years. We own some cabins down in Hocking Hill's. We have purchased all three of our hot tubs from them and would highly recommend All Seasons. The whole staff is truly amazing. Kelly has been our main contact and has been nothing short of wonderful, along with Mike who has come to fix our hot tubs whenever we have had any problems.

Great customer service!I purchased my spa in December 2021. I had an issue with a flow code. Bill came out to service my unit. He was great to work with. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend All Seasons Spas.
