After shopping for my moving and get couple estimates which is all around the same price range. The GM of All my Sons came to my house and looked at all my rooms and what was going on
We agreed for a binding estimate which is to move everything in my house to the new house.
The day of the move 5 guys and yo truck showed up and they were very nice I showed them around and I said everything is going except few fragile boxes I’m going to move them out.
After one hour The leader wasn’t in a good mood
They let me pay in full before they even done
I have a cooler has dry food and cans he said we can’t move it against the policy moving .
I told him that the deal was to move everything out with no time line he wasn’t pleasant and he took 4 boxes and left to unload
The other 3 guys were very respectful and Professional especially the other driver who uninstalled and installed all the furniture without any issues or damages.
They have blankets and plastic wrap very safe moving.
The reason I’m leaving the review is because they didn’t reach back to me about this after I called 2 times on Monday and Tuesday and left a in person message with the guy who answered.
I get a call back from the corporate office and I discuss the issue with Andy he’s very professional and a he solve the issue.
