I was highly recommended to see Teresa by a medical provider I trust. As a person with a medical background, I came in very skeptical of finding any solution to shoulder issues that I have had for years that resulted in multiple surgeries. After having tried multiple types of physical therapy, some of the methods here may seem unorthodox at first. However, please see it through to the end and listen to what they say. They truly want the best for you and are more than willing to speak with you and understand what your personal goals are, as opposed to just checking boxes on a PT protocol. Thank you Teresa and Kelsey for providing me with the tools to continue improving on my body far after I finish my last PT appointment with you.

I’ve been dealing with back pain for years and wish I would’ve went here sooner! Teresa and Kelsey were top notch and took the time to evaluate the root causes of my issues and address them. This place is great, I’m referring my family to go ASAP.

Went here for around 3 months after failing to fix my pain caused by poor posture with massages and chiro. Should have went here first. The staff is super nice and all of their exercises were really effective. Thanks y'all!

I have had multiple injuries and have generally beat myself up over the years. I had resigned myself to being in pain going forward and was looking at a less active lifestyle. The team at Advanced took a whole body approach and worked a section at a time. I feel the best I've felt in over 5 years. If you are looking for a PT in the Columbus area nobody is better than Advanced. I can't recommend them enough.

Theresa is amazing and truly treats your whole body, not just an injured area. She helps find underlying causes and prevents future injuries. The PTA are awesome too!

I received amazing care from Teresa and her staff. I had been to 4 Chiropractors and 4 other Physical Therapist with no relief. The therapy and special exercises/stretches helped me and gave me some relief. I have mentioned this office anytime anyone mentions they need Physical Therapy. Many of my extended family members have been treated by Teresa and will return there if ever needed.

Teresa and her staff are caring, attentive, professional, and extremely friendly. I look forward to my appointments here. They work with you one on one and monitor your progress, and even give you exercises that are easy to do at home. I know im in good hands with them.

Came into this practice with moderate to severe mid back pain that caused aches through almost every day. I’d visited chiropractor, massage therapists, no one was able to identify my true cause of the issue. ON THE FIRST VISIT, Teresa helped diagnose the “core” to my problem, was activating my core while I worked out, golfed, or even sitting at a desk. Throughout several other sessions, her friendly & professional assistant Kelsey helped make me aware of core stability and what muscles to use with multiple specific & certain exercises. VERY HELPFUL, VERY INFORMATIVE, WOULD RECOMMEND. Thank you all

Best PT office in Columbus area. They take a whole body approach and explain and teach you how to maintain your health. I can't recommend them enough. I feel the best I have in over 5 years. They gave me my life back.

Teresa and Kelsey have helped me greatly improve my knee pain. Every time I come I am reassessed for pain level and efficacy of the exercise homework I was given so they can pinpoint the cause of pain. Also price wise they are less expensive than many other options. Good people, very friendly and informative to all my questions and very patient. I have a great time every time I come. Thanks!!!!!!
