Best beauty supply I've ever visited as far as product selection and availability. Now here is the reason as to why I'm doing this. I called place twice before going to store for my purchase attempt to make sure they had what I was looking for. I spoke to the same person twice I'm sure. Even if not the case, I was told they had babyliss (lo pro) snap fx clipper and after a 40+ minute drive and discussion about specific clipper twice, I was told by same lady on phone that what they had was the original snap fx despite of me clearly explaining the diffrence between regular snap fx and the lo pro version. Woman didn't acknowledge my excellent rational point. Loss of time and gas I was burning up inside but chose to walk away quietly. I wasted my time and money for absolutely nothing. If company screws up they should compensate customer with at least a tank of gas for their screw up, but not even noticing they were at fault is just nonsense. It's society to blame for this type of injustice. Human standards are dropping drastically. Grow a pair,society.

Very bad customer service experience. We’ve used them to sharpen our blades a few times and everything was great. Then the last time when we got our blades back they weren’t sharpened at all. I called and spoke with a manager named Lorie, and she said that was impossible. She said that they’ve never gotten a complaint like that, and that they use professionals that would never make that type of error. I told her that that was all good and everything, but my blades are still useless after they were supposed to be sharpened. She said I could bring them back to be re-sharpened but I would have to pay for it again, and it would take three weeks. I offered to bring the blades in so she, or someone, could take a look at the blades and tell me if they were in fact sharpened. Her response was that no one on the premises would be able to do that because they are not sharpeners. At a blade sharpening company! She continued to tell me over and over that what I was saying was impossible and that they had never gotten a call like mine. Judging by other negative reviews I’ve seen, that’s completely untrue. I eventually said I’ll just take a refund then, and she said she couldn’t do that. I paid $135 to get back dull blades. I’ll never go back, and I’ll make sure every dog groomer I know knows what happened.

This place is amazing! The people are super friendly and very helpful! Tons of great products at great prices! Best supplier of barbershop goods in all of Columbus and in Ohio! They do service on clippers, trimmers, grooming vacuums, and even sharpening of shears. Online ordering is also available with super fast turnaround.

I'm sure this place is great for professionals but they don't really seem to care about people that use their products for home use and their staff is very rude.

Horrible customer service. Called because a few blades we just had sharpened are catching hair instead of cutting. She said to bring them back in at my earliest convenience. I do and get told they needed to be brought in two days after I picked them up. I got them right before Christmas. Seriously, I drive an hour to get there and paid six hundred dollars to have seven of the 40 blades not work. If I could give no stars I would.

Caring people work here. I was in a huge bind with my clippers and with a new job starting the following business day I was desperate for help. If my equipment doesn’t work I can’t work. They trouble shot all issues and went out of their way to help me. From the caring owner on the phone, sweet clerk at the desk, to their very knowledgeable sharpener. Whole staff was great. I’m grateful for 614-Barbers!

Everything was great until John left. Now it's a let down. Nothing like driving 55 miles and paying $200 for sharpening, then having every last #30 blade snag thru the pups hair.Now let talk about the hinge you replaced on my Wahl's. lol. The hinge doesn't click and blades fly off. Clearly it was installed wrong. Y'all messed up every last task I paid for. Thanks for wasting my time & money 614 barber. This wasn't the first or even second time. Groomers beware. Don't leave your equipment with these people.
