I have been training with Julie for over 7 years. During the pandemic we transitioned to having sessions over Skype. It was very convenient, and we continue to train this way today. A few years ago, my husband joined me in my workouts. Both of us are in our mid 60’s with a few health conditions. Julie is extremely flexible and accommodating. She adjusts the workouts to fit our abilities and gets us to stretch ourselves to meet strength and flexibility goals. I highly recommend working with Julie, no matter what your age. She is able to meet you where you are and take you further on your health journey.

Around May 2020 I decided to make lifestyle changes and join the gym. I joined WITFIT and I can’t express how lucky I am to have Julie as my trainer. She is a great listener and works with me to reach my goals: weight loss, improve my stamina and build muscle strength.She does customize the workout to fit your needs and your fitness level. She is attentive to details and always comment on posture and appropriate ways to do activities to avoid any injury. She motivates me to get the best out of each session. I always enjoy my workout and come back home excited, refreshed and looking forward to my next session with Julie!

Hello, I’ve been working with Julia for over 5 years! I’m 62 and she is amazing. I’ve had lots of Sciatica pain and thru working out and then stretching it’s been gone! She is so Patient and works with me well. Even when I whine and don’t want to do something she gently pushes me along. I’ve had great results with her also! Down three sizes!!!!!

What sets Julie apart from other trainers is her relentless encouragement. I have been working with her since December 2019, and our sessions leave me feeling accomplished, confident, and excited about my progress. Julie takes the time to educate me on the science behind each movement, as well as proper form, building my skills and comfort in the gym. When I need some extra motivation to push through a challenging exercise, she always cheers me on with positivity; no body-shaming or intimidation here. I am stronger, have more definition, and enjoy working out more than ever, and look forward to seeing my progress continue with Julie!
