We had a wonderful experience with Nations Lending and Joseph Gutter! Our loan was complicated due to buying before selling our home which put us into a bridge loan. Not to mention it was also a bank stated loan as my husband is a small business owner and I am retired.From day one he was with us every step of the way consistently keeping us posted of any and all updates during the process of our loan.
