My husband and I saw a BMW X7 online that had every feature and more that we wanted in our purchase. But we live in Columbus and to see the suv would have been a 2 and 1/2 hour drive. I reached out to the dealership and was greeted with Wade via text and phone call. Wade was great in talking to my husband about financing and other information. He offered to have our suv delivered all the way to Columbus. Which saved us a drive to and from Hicksville. Wade made the buying process very easy. We purchased and are very happy with the service we received and so far, we love this vehicle and so does our kids. We highly recommend this dealership.

We purchased a used car from Jim Schmidt and had an awesome experience. Very easy process from selecting a vehicle through working with the finance end of things. Our sales associate, Terry Ayers, was amazing. No pressure, went the extra mile in talking through the details on vehicles we were interested in. When we picked the car up to take it home, he spent time in the vehicle with us showing us where things were, how things worked, etc. Very much appreciated! They have a reputation for outstanding customer service, and that is what we experienced.

I took my truck for an oil change. Greeted by an old friend who treated me very well. Truck was completed in less than 30 minutes. I have been to other dealerships where an oil change took 2 hours. My time is much more valuable than that. From now on I will be taking all my vehicles to Jim Schmidt’s. Thanks to Bob Hathaway. Will be returning soon.
