I called them today and said mu Daughter wanted her two cats checked out. They asked if they have ever been there before I said no. I was told they are not taking new patients. I have been told by our people they take all new.

I have been a client of Dr. Karen at Hicksville Vet Clinic for many many years. Always pleasant and has treated our furbabies with the care she would treat as her own. I love going into this office. Feels like home.

Got me in , listened to the symptoms I was telling her, she asked appropriate question regarding the symptoms, the she diagnosed and treated, all along explain what she was doing and why, what to watch for. Then answered my questions. Great experience always.
