I can’t speak highly enough about the grace and gentleness from the staff. It was our first experience at a vet that didn’t leave us feeling like they wanted every penny possible. There was no way to make today easier but they did stoop down to our level and not rush us or guilt us for trying to find the best solution for our boy which is all we could ask for. “We have gone to this vet office for all of our pets for 7 years. They do a great job with all our pets. Recently our dog began to bleed and her eating pattern changed quickly. They put her in for surgery the very same day we called. I found this amazing. Additionally, they always work with you on pricing- as in being honest about what's necessary and what you are comfortable with. In this case, the vet believed she had mouth cancer. He did not talk us into a biopsy because he said whether it was cancer or benign, didnt change the prognosis in our dogs case. So no need to charge us for an unnecessary test. They have done this type of thing before with the pets.”
