I don't know who she was but the lady who waited on me was absolutely horrible and she has no business dealing with customers. Corey was the one who helped me purchase the firearm that I bought today if it hadn't been for him I would have left that store.

Wow. My experience here was above and beyond amazing. I had the pleasure of buying a gun from the lead behind the gun counter Sam. He was so knowledgeable, and informative, and gave me all my options. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase. Very nice guy, very smart, very professional.

I was at Heath location and a gentleman with long hair accommodated my requests on an rmr footprint. He took the time to listen to my requests and found an item on sale that was not displayed. Thank you sir because I thought vances was garbage in customer service forever. Even if it's the one guy, use the long hair guy. He cares.
