After initial $4.00 to start wash, it doesn't give you a timer beep to inform you of time about to expire so you can add $ 1.00 more to rinse. Yet it makes you pay $4.00 more to complete your rinse.

Very bad machine changer. Got ripped off$12.00 bucks and no one to get a hold of. The brush only put out soap every 3/4 minutes and scratched my truck.

This place deserves Negative ZERO! I have had my car for 10 years. Have it cleaned all the time. It had been a while and I had Iguana shizz all over the thing and had to stop so I did. Well! Later in the day I noticed these black stains on my back seat. I went back to ask if they would clean it off the seats. First the girl that worked there was a real attitude problem. She said I will get my manager. I said no problem trying to be all positive and get this over with. He says we didn't do it but you pay me $35 extra and we can remove it. I told the guy I only use this car for work. No one has sat in the back seat in probably 8 years. I know you did it. Later I found out that there was some disintigrated material under the back mats that was what made the stains. They vacuumed it then slapped it all over the back seat. I get that the stuff was under the mat but after they realized it they could have been professional and just get it out and not try to profit from their mistake. DO NOT GO HERE!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

the owners is crap they ran off on 03/31/2020 and close the business without paying the employee's the two weeks they owe them. With all the corona-virus going on they run off with the employees money at a time like this. Knowing that people have kids and food to buy, with no money that's going to be hard to do but that shows you the type of people they are. I would never deal with these people again let alone get my car wash there.

This is my second and last time here. Was glad to see a short line but then I waited foreverrrrrrrrrr. There was a guy sleeping in the lobby. Guess he knows that this car wash is the perfect place for an afternoon nap as even without crowds, in the middle of the week, not in peak season and not on a Deal day, it will take too LONG. Too many options. Simplify your offerings! Check person was more aggressive than needed. Management needs to go to management school. Really, get a system that is efficient! Painful experience.

Horrible job this is the second time I go there Since The new owners took over. Is really a bad job people are not friendly you wait and you tell them it's not done correctly and they still argue with you no bother to go there find another car wash bad bad job

Last Sunday was my 1st visit since the new ownership and I was very disappointed. These winners moved the vaccum so you can't see what's happening to your vehicle anymore. My new vehicle that ME MYSELF AND I drive was returned to me with scratches and swirls on the entire bumper. They of course took no responsibility . Although the person in charge was somewhat professional; the old cranky man who does the cleaning and the detailing was very rude. I will not be going back there
