Your prescription will never be ready at the promised time. Even when the automated text comes in saying it's ready, it won't be. When you go in and they say "20 minutes", that means at least at hour. This place is horrifically slow and mismanaged.

It took 2 × as long to get meds then it took to go to a busy urgent care all the way in Granville and get a diagnosis.drove back after scripts were sent (20 minutes B4 I got there) wait in line 15 minutes to be told it will be a half hour, then return in a half hour to wait in line another half hour then told they need a few minutes to mix the antibiotics. It should not take 2 hours for a simple bottle of antibiotics and no one should have to wait in line a half hour 2 diff times! Stop paying corporate so much and flying them around in Private jets and then maybe you could actually pay good enough to have more then 2 ppl working in the pharmacy!?

WORST pharmacy ever, I get meds for my parents who are in their 80's and EVERY single time things are supposed to be ready for pick up there is ALWAYS an issue. After today I am done with this stupidity.

The WORSE customer service. They never have the prescription that is needed. Every single time. Wait times are hours, and sometimes days.

I recently switched my prescriptions to Amazon pharmacy due to Kroger long long wait times and Rx's never being ready on time!

I will be using a different RX to fill my prescriptions. I always have to wait ...wait.. wait.. atleast 24 hrs. Or more to get my prescription. I also received the wrong prescription ( which was not even the new script that my dr. called in On previous day.) When I approached them about it immediately after, unfortunately paying for it then I was laughed at by the tech that originally filled it. I'm glad to see that she was amused at my frustration with them .

If there was a lower than 1 star rating I would give it to them. I called 3 times got put on hold then hung up on each time. I really hope people see this and switch pharmacys because this is unacceptable.

Customer Service at the Hebron location is the worst. They are extremely rude and have attitudes like they don’t want to be there.

Needed a medication filled after my chemo. This was on a Tuesday and I take this pill 4x aday for 3 days immediately following chemo.Pharmacists told me it would be ready Saturday and didn’t care. I will be changing to a different pharmacy.
