Pathetic! I have used Harry And David for decades. The quality and the service was always excellent… Until now. You should just close your doors as all you do is frustrate your customers. You promise things over and over and repeatedly fail to deliver. I have 0 confidence in you. You have taken an excellent company and ruined it. There is no escalation path. The bots are pathetic. basket ordered Sep 21, was to be delivered Oct 2. Did not happen. I called October 18 and was assured it would be delivered October 23 again didn’t happen. I called on October 26 and asked for a manager and never got one. I trusted you to deliver a gift to a dear friend in Hawaii recovering after a procedure. I ordered the care package three weeks before the procedure. It is now two weeks post the procedure and it still hasn’t been delivered. You never sent any correspondence that there was a problem or it was delayed. It was only when I called that I was assured it would be delivered by Oct 23, but that didn’t happen either. There are no words. I am done. I have ordered a beautiful basket which will be delivered to my deserving friend. You will not be receive my business in the future.

I ordered some peaches for my wife on our anniversary. They showed up in a reasonable amount of time and well packaged, but not ready to eat. We put them on the counter to ripen. When we tried to eat them, they were mealy and a few had mold. I contacted customer service and chatted with a rep who claimed she would send a replacement. It never showed up. We've done business with Harry & David before and were very satisfied, which is why this is so disappointing.

Ordered a gift basket for my aunt for her birthday-It never arrived. After 3 phone calls, multiple chats, rescheduling the order for another date for which it again did not arrive, we finally cancelled.

That's one of the most terrible receivers I have even seen in my life
They don't respect appointment time
Unloading is terrible
They are so disrespectful to drivers no access to restrooms
Never take a load to this company it's my honest advice to trucking carriers and truck drivers
Until Hopefully one day this country will change laws to truck drivers because this Is a straight slavery when the government can't do nothing to regulates transportation and make it fair to truck drivers

Ordered a clients gift on 8/6/24 and it’s now 9/10/24 and it was never delivered even after several attempts to talk with customer service. Horrible company that just doesn’t know how to ship!

I made an order with Harry and David for a coworker’s birthday. The order was supposed to be delivered on 8/13. By 8/14 mid-day I had not received a delivery confirmation so I reached out through their support team chat.
I was told the order was not scheduled to be shipped even though I had paid extra to have it the delivered on 8/13.
Their agent “Grace” told me that she would rescheduled the order for Friday 8/16. She confirmed the 8/16 delivery date twice during our chat.
I asked her for a confirmation email and she said she was not able to send one. Odd.
On 8/16 I reached out again to make sure what Grace had told me was true. Unfortunately, I was told my order was not scheduled to be delivered that day either.
They offered 8/23 as the new delivery date, 10 days after the recipient’s birthday. Unacceptable.
I asked to cancel my order and for a full refund. The agent countered with an offer to making the basket bigger if I paid an extra $10! What?! Pay MORE for an order that would arrive 10 days later?
The order was finally cancelled, however the agent failed to inform me the refund would take up to 10 business days. I had to find out for myself by reaching out yet again.
Very, very disappointing service.

They have truffles and wine. What else do we need? ? Actually they have everything from produce to gourmet foods, flowers, and they do custom made gift baskets.

We received a gift box shipped from Ohio to NH. It took 10 days to get here, most fruit was rotten. They sent a replacement that took 14 days to get here, all of the fruit was rotten. Too bad as the gifter had the best of intentions.
