“Always very helpful and friendly. I ride a motorcycle so oftwn i have a bit of gear or a bag. Never do i have any issues with these things either outside or with me in the store. I gave four stars instead of five because the one thing i dont care for is the constant stocking of shelves leaves little to no room to move around inside.”

“Quiet environment. Almost feel like I'm in a library . Not complaining. Store is cramped at times, but it has a wide selection of basic daily necessities and food items. Very convenient to not have to deal with a ton of people like at Walmart . Parking lot is also small, but what can you do. Prices are very good here. They have a buy two get it for 5 instead of 2.80 each etc. Very convenient if you're around. It's a small store, so don't expect all your favorites to be stocked always if you come here often. Nice mini grocery store.”

“I hate that they close at 9pm. Bit the employees there are super helpful and are kind and they keep their store stocked and always clean, it smells clean when you first open the door and walk in. They ask if your military, let you know about the discounts and any items that have % off. There's never a wait or a problem with their card swiper machine. You can get cash back and use digital coupons. And you can park close to the doors. And they also have a very informative stand set up now looking for new employees. Stop and check out their clearance isles too.”

“This Family Dollar is a very good store. It's always clean and organized. Unlike some of the other FD's I've visited, the aisles are not cluttered or stacked with unopened boxes. They always seem to have enough workers to keep it nice. The employees are friendly and helpful.I recommend this store to everyone. The prices are very reasonable and shelves are usually stocked well.”

“I just stopped in to grab a couple things usually got what I need it's a nice little store to run in and grab if you only need something small instead of going to the big store where you have to be there forever. Customer service is usually always good unless you get one of the older ones I think they're just sat in their ways and some of these younger people get on their nerves.”

“overwhelmed with all the clutter...no sense of organisation...shelves are in serious need of overhaul...never know what your gonna come across...they are in need of hiring a few more workers... the staff always seem overwhelms but still they will greet you coming in the store and when your departing they bid you farewell....took me way to long to shop and never did find what I was looking for...lil secret if I have their app u can get just about Smyth clearances as love as a penny..but you will have to work alittle..with that being said...i will go back more because it's convenient and cheap”

“This store on Main Street in Newark Ohio is so easy to get to and the people who work there are so helpful and friendly. I probably shop there a few times a week. And then I have moments when I find myself shopping there four or five times in one day . It is my go to store when I'm not in the mood for big chain stores like Walmart.”
