Matt has always been honest with us and more than willing to help us out. We have bought 4 vehicles off Matt at Bowman Automotive. We have never had a problem or an issue with any of the vehicles we have purchased.

Matt was great to work with and made everything super easy. I've been dealing with the Bowman family for years. And as always this was an easy painless purchase. Everything was explained to me through the whole purchase process. If you are considering a new to you car you owe it to yourself to give them an opportunity.

This place didn’t even own the vehicle they sold me. It has now been taken from me by the true owner, Value Auto Auction. There was no chance I was getting a title. They are also known for check kitting. Behind those doors are some really pathetic business practices. Stay away.

Thanks Bowman auto these guys are great they me get my wife into her Infinity truck there very nice and I would refer them to anyone that wants a nice used car.

They sold me a junk car agreed to refund me but the check they gave me bounced. I have reported them to the BBB and attorney general

Do not deal with these people you will not get your title from them i been trying since December to get mine I had to get a lawyer and the attorney general has been working my case this place is a joke PLEASE PEOPLE BEWARE

Purchased a vehicle from Bowmen Automotive in November 2019. That same month the alternator and battery went out. Had to pay $950 out of pocket to fix it and was never reimbursed by the dealer. Then went to get tags and turns out was never given a title. Tracked the VIN number down and discovered there’s a Lien on the car from the Auctioneer whom I’ve spoken to over the phone and advised me the Mr Joe Bowman has yet to pay on the car they purchased in April 2019. I have several text messages from the salesman admitting to the dealership not having the title as well as a VIN search to find where this title is. Per Ohio Revised Code 4505.03 Bowman has committed fraud by selling vehicle they do NOT own which is extremely illegal. The vehicle broke down again in January 2020 with yet another alternator going bad to discover that a sensor was causing it which to repair this car that is not mine is going to cost me an additional $1000.00 providing they don’t find other issues with the car. The salesman has “Claimed” Mr Joe Bowman would contact me and that was two weeks prior to today. I have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office as well as advised the financial company that they financed a vehicle that they don’t have a title for and the dealer doesn’t either. Again Very illegal and the dealer has yet to do the right thing and make this right.

I got a car from here and within a year i had to have the whole car rewired and the airbag deployed! I tried to talk to them to get another vehicle and they wanted a crazy down payment more than I ever put down for the other vehicle. I would never recommend them!

Bought a car 2 months ago and they still haven't paid off my vehicle I traded in! Now car loan place keeps calling because we are late on payment and we don't even have that vehicle no longer they do! They sent the loan company a bad check to payoff. I'm at a loss of what to do I guess we are going to contact an attorney and go from there! I do not recommend them at all!
