Terrible. The worst service ever, slow as snails! It shouldn't take 30+ minutes to purchase a money order or cash a check. And half the time, their systems are down. The staff at the Heath branch is also very unprofessional and gives customers misinformation about opening accounts. If you work for a bank, you should know what you're talking about. My advice is bank elsewhere.
