Been here several times, and reviewed it. Why does Yelp keep pulling reviews? I doubt I said anything offensive. I don't doubt that I gave it a bad review. And this one is fairly negative too.It's Walmart. So, chaotic parking lot, chaotic aisles, mentally disturbed customers (explains my presence,) staff who are former customers and just as clueless. I tried to pop in for three things. The place is so big there are multiple places for each thing, so you have to wander the whole store. Pillows? Three places that I saw, probably more. Oven thermometer? Actually, most of the kitchen stuff is in one place, so this didn't take too long. Health and beauty? All sorts of items scattered along one entire side of the front of the store. I would have asked for help at the pharmacy but there was a line, and I had to brave carts and customers at random angles in the aisles.I left as soon as I could. Which was awhile later, because half of the self-checkout stations were closed, and customers at a couple others had issues and were waiting for the clerk. Who was helping another customer install an app, and taking her sweet time. I heard her say "and it tells me how much time I save at Scan and Go" and bit my tongue before I asked if that was measured when all the self-checkouts were operational and available.Two stars because they did have most of what I needed, at reasonable prices. But I am questioning the life choices that led me here.

Have been using this pharmacy to fill monthly prescriptions for over a year due to the convenient hours, but after multiple delays and lapses in service I am finally taking my business elsewhere. They force me to wait until the day my prescription is scheduled to be filled to call in the fill order, and for multiple months in a row I have called in to be told it is out of stock. I've asked if I can call in a few days in advance to check stock and they tell me to wait until the fill date, but this results in a mad scramble to call around in search of a pharmacy that has it in stock and then calling my Dr. Office to try and get them to send a new prescription to the new pharmacy in hopes it will arrive in time. This process has resulted in multiple days where I must go without my medicine because Wal-Mart would not allow me to check stock and arrange for an alternative pharmacy in advance. Terrible customer service and I'm sure I'm not the only one this is happening to.

Tried to enter the Heath location at 1045 pm. Close is at 11. Was refused entry to the store. Was going for one item And was denied service. Change the hours of operation if you're going to refuse customers.

Worst experience in a Walmart pharmacy. Waited for over 2 hours for 4 RX’s to be filled, which were called in by the dr the day before. Went up to the counter at 2pm and they said it would be 45 min I said ok I will shop In The store and be back. Went back at 45 min later and they stated it would still be another 45 min. They definitely need extra assistance or better training. Finally at 3:50pm they had my extra ready.

2 hours and counting late on getting my pick up ready. That's depressing. I didn't get a phone call to update me on the delay. And when I asked to cancel the order I was told they couldn't.

Despise this store, the lines are long, the cashiers are not only rude they are slow!!!! Never ever have I been in this store or actually any Walmart that a cashier has been past snail pace!! One time when a friend of mine were shopping a cashier actually was reading one of the customers books that she was purchasing while the line was 6 deep!! The workers also are rude and have to be the laziest ever, I asked a lady in the groceries dept. where baby food was and she climbed her ladder she was using and pointed across to I guess was the baby dept. to tell me baby food was over there!!!??? I asked her where was over there? She said in the baby dept. Another time I needed help to get something off a top shelf and as always all the helpers were hiding. I finally seen a guy pushing a ladder but he was on his cell phone talking to someone about how his wife was so lazy!!! I tried to get his attention and finally he seen me and told me to find someone else he was busy!!! He was one isle away from where I needed help!! This is just many incidents of my experiences with this Walmart. I avoid Walmart at all cost if I can. It is not worth saving a few pennies to put up with there incompetent help. Going to the service desk to talk to management is a joke too, for they are every bit as bad rude, and lazy.

Currently waiting for a instore pick up and have been for about 30 minutes, went to Customer service desk and of course it's a rude worker. Last time!! And obviously this guy is beat!! He said all of his staff went home....
