They didn't want to give me my full prescription that the doctor prescribed Both women went over to the side to whisper than had and wait 20 more minutes to get the rest ready for me! Them told me there no discount, when there was! I'm never going back.

I was prescribed tamiflu on 12/7/23 and they did not have it which initially was fine as I had the prescription forwarded to another pharmacy to be filled. Well on 12/13/23 I had some supplements prescribed and went to pick those up. They filled the tamiflu with my supplements and did not tell me. They also didn't ask if I still needed or wanted the tamiflu that was prescribed a week prior and sent to another pharmacy. So I am out almost 50 dollars for their negligence because I didnt realize until they handed me the medication and by then you can't return it. I would not recommend using the drive through after this horrible experience.

The pharmacist here is awesome! Came in to get my flu shot. The process was easy and didn’t take much time at all. The staff is super friendly as well.

So rude and unprofessional , she toldMe she was the only one there and that she didn’t talk to me about a prescription earlier but they did and told me 20 mins and it was a guy then when she did tell him I heard him yell in the background I didn’t say it would be ready in 20 mins . All I want is my inhaler to breathe . I definitely was not rude and didn’t deserve to be treated in that manner .

I am a RN. I’ve served patients for many years including lifting, etc. Recently had a rotator cuff repair which was unsuccessful. I attend a local Pain Clinic who writes for a narcotic. It was told to me that this pharmacy recorded a date on the OERRS for my last prescription that is not the same as the date on my last bottle for last prescription. This is illegal. I’ve decided to report this. I’ve tried getting them on the phone to talk with them. They do not answer my calls. I have a son-in-law that works for Walgreen’s in California.I would avoid this location until something can be done with these unprofessional questionable practicing pharmacists.Thank- you

Would give 0 stars if I could. Cashier was rude and wouldn't look up a price when item didn't have a tag. Left everything and walked out

Went to the drive-thru to pick up a prescription on Friday, August 5. Jeanine (sp?) was the pharmacist - I'd never seen her before, and I've been a Walgreens customer for 16 years. She was curt - cut me off in the middle of telling her my address. She gave me my prescription, and told me it was FL***. I asked her to check and see if my doctor's office had called in my LI*** prescription yet. She said no. When I checked later what I had picked up (I assumed the pharmacist would know what she's talking about), she actually gave me the LI*** prescription I needed, the one she said my doctor hadn't called in yet. She did NOT give me FL***, the one she said she gave me. Not acceptable, and very scary for Walgreens customers. JEANINE - SLOW DOWN and give your customers the correct information. You're a pharmacist, not a fast food worker. I've already transferred my prescriptions.

Just called into the pharmacy to get a couple prescriptions called in for my mom.I’ve never been spoke to so rudely. I felt like I was such a inconvenience. She finally told me her name which she said was Janine.I will be calling the store manager and corporate to let them know the way I was treated. Would give 0 stars if possible

We just left a 1 star review because of horrible pharmacy customer service, Janine was very rude. Went back on to look at my review and it says we gave a 4 star instead of the 1 star. Sad they wont let someone give a honest review
