I had the misfortune of dealing with Verizon, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. This company is not only horrible but also engages in shady practices that are simply unacceptable. Let me shed some light on my dreadful encounter with Verizon and why you should steer clear of this establishment. First and foremost, the owners of this Verizon location have been illegally withholding hourly pay from their employees. It is utterly despicable to see a company stoop so low as to cheat their hardworking staff out of their rightful wages. This behavior is not only unethical but also illegal, and it speaks volumes about the owners' lack of integrity and disregard for the law. Furthermore, the owners and management of this Verizon store display a complete disregard for their employees' well-being. They ignore their staff's concerns and needs, creating a toxic work environment where employees feel undervalued and unappreciated. It is disheartening to witness such neglect and disrespect towards the very people who keep the business running. In terms of customer service, I can confidently say that you should avoid this specific Verizon location at all costs. If you are seeking good service, save yourself the trouble and head to another Verizon store. The employees here are overworked, underpaid, and visibly demoralized, which translates into an abysmal customer experience. I just switched to Verizon and after walking out of the corporate store right down the street because of poor customer service, I couldn't ask for any better service than what I have received from this location. Had some issues getting the new phone set up and Racheal was very patient and helpful in getting the issues resolved. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service experience.

Moses done make a little easier on Means you understand it very knowledgeable on what he does is explaining what and why I need to make some changes was very helpful she’ll probably bring me back with Schuler and get this handled again thank you.

My experience here today was amazing. Came into the store to just have my phone switched from android to I phone. After dealing with Rachel she did such a great job that I became a Verizon customer. Great process and very helpful would recommend Verizon to everyone. Regards Rob Hammel

Walked in and was so happy to see Moses went to school with him so made it super friendly but he discovered I was over paying ended up saving money from current bill and got a watch! Highly recommended to see him

We had a great experience at this verizon store. it’s the first time i actually got someone’s help in lowering my bill. it took a while to transfer phones, but it was a great success. Rachel and Moses were amazing!

So I came in having issues on an iphone and didn't like it anyway! Mr.Moses was soo helpful literally helped me get out of my iphone and back into Android if I could tell every customer to come see him I would but we exchanged numbers since I'm out of state and will be my rep for now on

Came to this Verizon because the other Verizon was going to charge me 60 for a screen protector and 30 to just put it on like I don’t know it takes 5 seconds but walked in and talk to Tre and Moses and quick easy and painless will always come here for sure!!!

Moses and Rachel and Trevor were so helpful today. They gave me great advice and didn't try to sell me plans I didn't need. I was able to upgrade my phone and got exactly what I wanted. Thanks guys. I will be back.

Moses was the most patient sales person I have ever encountered! Very patient when I ask the same questions. Spent a lot of time going over the details which I needed. Even if I ask the same question over again. I would give this man a raise, he well deserved it. I wish there were more people like him. He deserves a big raise!!! Thank you. Dolly Parker.
