The girls were too busy with their friends to answer any questions I may have had. I asked about a certain product and the girl was hesitant to leave her spot to show me where the product was. There were 2 cashiers and nobody in line, so I'm not sure what the issue was. I go in there quite often and honestly this is the 2nd time I received poor customer service. I definitely won't be back.

I have never shopped here before. I do however shop on behalf of customers. I will never shop here for myself nor for another customer with how I was treated. It's one thing if I asked said employee to do my job for me. But I didn't, and with their help a few times I could have learned the layout of the store and made everything smooth. But instead I get told they are not allowed to help me. So I will not support this so l store in any way. With my own money or help other people spend their money there. Never once have I felt like the money that was coming into a store wasn't good enough...

So many options! I felt like a child in a willy Wonka candy store! Staff is very pleasant and helpful. I assumed that things would be horribly expensive. But there are many inexpensive items available just as well as many high dollar. You can shop here on any budget. Can't wait to return

You have to fit a certain description to shop this store comfortably. If not be prepared to be followed and then when they ask you if you need help not be able to really help. ?

I had this worst haircut I’ve ever received today by Alexis at Ulta. I asked for a lot of layers and to frame my face. The only reason I’m not full on panicking is because I was able to make an appointment at another salon first thing tomorrow morning. I am thankful to the Ulta manager who offered me a refund. She also offered to comp another haircut by a different stylist. I declined a comp haircut but will gladly take a refund for this atrocity.

This place has all you smell good needs, hair needs, and beauty options galore! Nice staff and clean place to look. There is a beautician in house too.

I was pleasantly surprised by the product they had. My misconception was they were a cheap product store. One that carried teenage products. they had all the name products that I've used for so many years. Examples Clinique , Dermablend Etc only good name brands.
