Walked in with 3 employees not acknowledging me whatsoever with only 1 customer. Stood there for 10 minutes, still no acknowledgement that I am even in the building. When I speak up and said something, by then there were 4 employees, I was graced with a defending response instead of simply, sorry you had to wait. Then one of the employees says, "Tis the season"Rude and lacking major customer service whatsoever. A simple "hello, we will be right with you would have been ok" horrible company

I always get lovely service while I'm in the store. My phone started to give me trouble, so I knew it was time to exchange it. The salesman helped me pick out a phone that was a high-end phone but had the best deal. So I walked out of there with an excellent phone that didn't wholly take up my whole check. So I am very appreciative, and he was terrific, and we had a good talk while I was exchanging my phone. So, I appreciate my time there because he made me feel welcome. Thank you again.

I needed to start service but I walked in and no ine greeted me or acknowledged me. I understand they were busy with customers but they could have acknowledged me and said they would be with me as soon as they could. I waited 25 minutes. I left. I’m not starting my service.

I wanted to talk to someone in person about my bill. They said you can only talk to someone on the phone about your bill.

Though the store is well kept and is very clean, Not all of its representatives are customer friendly.I had a worst experience with one representative, and a good experience with other.I think it was representative Jeremiah who was the best one there.He was very kind, knowledgeable and had all my issues sorted with my spectrum account.The other representative, who was working in the evening today was so rude, he hardly cared about the other customers waiting, and was only interested in helping a customer, who was purchasing an iPhone. He had the time to answer every question about iPhones and Apple Watches but was not ready to answer/cater to one request I made. It was extremely frustrating and unpleasant.I would thus say this store needs to train some it’s representatives to be customer friendly.

Good luck trying to get a live person to cancel your service and it can’t be done on website or app either. No Disney plus during college football opening day. Goodbye

Gentleman working at the store on a sunday by himself. Had two employees call off and manned the store very well. Took care of my issue and got in and out. Highly recommend, hard worker

They deserve 0 stars but fortunately for them that isn’t an option. Biggest joke of a company. spectrum wants to charge you reasonably when you first become a customer but then as time goes on you will slowly notice your bills creep up for no reason. I didn’t update my service and it never explains why it went up on your bill. You call in and you can tell they are reading off a script and they have no idea. Spectrum is greedy and aren’t for their customers. Go with a different company if you can because Spectrum is worthless

Initially the change of carriers seemed to go nicely, until the next morning when I tried to connect with my bank. The secondary authentication code could not be handled by Spectrum. I got to CS in Austin and the supervisor Justin told me that this connection takes 5/7 business days to go thru. He spent at least an hour while I was on the phone trying to ‘force’ it thru. As of now the 2nd days I still do not have access to my banking system. Not happy.

They deserve ZERO stars. I sat for over an hour to return a cable box. There are 6 podiums for employees to help customers. ONE PERSON was working. The other person just walking around providing NO help. As much as Spectrum charges??? ONE PERSON? I have watched 4 people walk out so far. In this hour he has helped 3 customers. THREE!!!

Sorry I committed to hundreds of dollars for a new phone and lines of service from them. Don't expect any help from this store after you buy. Second time here after buying, both negative experiences.
