“Rick saved the day. I called the company itself and made sure there were no hidden fees, that I did not need insurance etc...when I got to office, everything they told me was wrong. It ended up being almost $200 more then what I was quoted. If you are going to rent a truck talk to Rick down here. Don't bother with the company. Rick is a great guy. I did not realize that there was no seat for a small child in the moving truck and I was in a total panic because I just used all my money on this truck . Every thing was final. They even shipped a tow dolly down for me. I thought I just lost Every thing and he literally could have taken all the money and did not. God bless you Rick!”
