Waited in line inside for 20 minutes with 2 people ahead of me. Finally left and waited in the drive thru for almost another 20 minutes. So, it took the better part of an hour to deposit 3 checks. Three people sitting at offices doing nothing and one clerk at the counter and one in the drive thru. Been a customer since I was 17 but after my branch (Buckeye Lake) closed and then my new branch (Thornville) closed, I guess it's time to take my money elsewhere.

I was told that I couldn't make a deposit because it was too large and they were getting ready to close. If I come in before the door is locked I should be treated just as if I was the first customer of the day!This left a Very bad taste in my mouth!

What a horrible bank, horrible experience. I opened a business savings & checking account and explained their use/transaction level. I was charged a large service charge the 1st month and called to say I needed to change the type of accounts they had me in. They said someone would call. They never did. After 7 months I was charged almost $800 in service fees. I withdrew the balance I had and asked to close the account. They said a business banker would have to call me to do that. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. They continued charging fees and now I received a letter from a collection agency demanding over $100 additional fees CHARGED AFTER I STATED I WAS CLOSING THE ACCOUNT. I never knew you couldn't close an account. But with the astronomical fees they are charging, why would they want to close it.

People that work there are very good at what they do and hard working but they are left short staffed leading to long lines and waiting

Friendly people. Had appointment scheduled got there 10 minutes eraly no one could tell me who the appt would be with and I ended having to wait almost an hour for my appointments to happen. I think you should honor your appointments and learn how to scheduled out people who stop in to do something but there's a big difference from this bank compared to walking into Huntington with an appt scheduled they are ready for you and take care of you.

We can’t say enough great things about Shelly F at PNC. She is pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable and skilled in her position. In a world where customer service has gone down hill, Shelly gets it right + some! She is an asset to PNC, and definitely deserves recognition.

I held an account for 4 years. Because of covid I lost my job. So they closed my account after it being -2.23$ . And told Amazon to take back the refund I needed to fill my gas tank to get to this new job interview I now had to cancel. So now I have to walk there and open another account. Be ready for an ear full. This is rediculous, a bank closing an account, and not even letting the customer know, I thought someone stole my identity.

I would not bank at pnc period anymore. I have been with them since before they were pnc and they were still national city. And I've also have personal and business accounts the entire time and have never had more problems period. Their customer service is poor! And I've also had them not give me credit for my deposits at the atm and make excuses to not provide any kind of customer service. I am going to do everything I can to make sure people know to bank somewhere else other than any pnc branch because its not the associates who work in the branchs fault it's all of the customer service reps over the phone and the lack of caring about their customers other than another number period!
