Store manager REFUSED to warrant a battery from another store even with receipt. Had to drive to the Newark location where they had zero issues.

Bad experience with the company in general I have commercial batteries I bought from Littleton, CO and this month would be the end of the warranty. 3 months ago I was having problems with the batteries but my truck was surviving. I tried to exchange them but I don't have a receipt from Littleton Co. And I don't know how napa does it but advanced auto warranty from purchase date and not the battery date. I would never lie to screw over the auto parts industry but they were rude and I'm not even concerned about the warranty anymore I'll just use a different company

Walking is best when to find the new ways thatKeep me from getting up set ,just goes away IHOP,, coffee,an two bacon , two ham, two pancakes ,as to say where's need some intenment .Storage unitA few hours ,as to need some close to me as giving a little taking a little ,both be wet .lol

Tyler and Brian are very helpful. I’m sure the rest of the guys are, too. I have really appreciate their help and demeanor. They make it a nice time to go in to the store. I can’t say that for many places anymore. This is how you get repeat customers.

Well there was a mix up with the ordering process with a part I ordered for my car not sure if it was theirs or my brother's??? but they were very polite with the whole situation.

This place was great! I came to them to special order a part to try to fixing something on my own. They called me when it arrived and I picked it up, but unfortunately it didn't solve my problem. I happened to mention it to someone there and they gave me some ideas for resolving the issue. Then later in the day they actually gave me a call (unsolicited) to let me know that they found a solution if I still needed it... that was awesome service!
